About this apartment rental
Our cozy, bright apartment for 2-4 persons is about 45 square meters large The apartment is located directly in a pedestrian street with many shops and restaurants. The beach and the sea water swimming pool and spa management requires just 8 minutes. Shops and supermarkets are within walking distance (about 3 min.) Distance.
The apartment has a separate bedroom with fitted wardrobe (sheets
can be rented) and in the living room there is, inter alia, an additional sofa bed (2,00x1,40m) for 2 persons. At the cozy dining area can not only be fed but also chatted and played. A high chair is available if needed.
A FlachTV with DVBT receiver is available as well as a small stereo compact system with CD player.
The kitchen is equipped with a 4 burner stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer compartment, pots, pans and dishes and cutlery. The separate bathroom with round shower (new as of autumn 2014) departs from the entrance hall.
A covered balcony with beach chairs and seating invites weather permitting to Sitzenim outdoors.

Die FeWo hat uns super gefallen, wir kommen gerne nochmal. Alles war sauber und die Ausstattung der fewo sehr gut. Die Betten waren bequem. In der Beschreibung der Fewo könnte man noch erwähnen, dass es im Keller einen hochstuhl gibt. Dieser war für uns sehr hilfreich. Die Lage der fewo ist sehr zentral, man kann überall fußläufig hin, auch mit Kindern.

Ferienwohnung liegt direkt im Zentrum von Grömitz. Alles gut fußläufig erreichbar. Zum Strand sind es 10 Minuten. Restaurants und Supermärkte direkt neben dem Parkplatz. Zoo ist fußläufig in 20 Minuten erreichbar. In der Wohnung ist alles notwendige vorhanden. Sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hat einen schönen Balkon. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung, soweit sauber und ordentlich, wir konnten alles innerhalb ein paar Gehminuten im Umkreis erreichen (Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Promenade, Jachthafen, Seebrücke und Restaurants). Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage, einzig was uns nicht gefallen hat ist, dass man die Garage nicht direkt erreichen kann und erst raus muss um in die Tiefgarage zu gelangen - ist aber jammern auf hohen Niveau- Empfehlung von uns!
