The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the mountains and the sunny hillside location. Available for exclusive use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, and garden furniture.

Picturesque panorama of the surrounding mountains. Access is via a side road (paved). In winter, snow chains are recommended. Parking space (for 1 car) on the property. Only 1 parking space available, there is no space for additional cars, please note.
