The semi-detached house is on the 1st Row to the Baltic Sea of the holiday home area "De Poeler Drift".
This 96 sqm holiday home under thatch is very high quality and lovingly furnished.
It is only approx. 600 m from the beach and is located on a large plot (approx. 520 qm) with a sea view.
Enjoy the sun on the terrace, which we have equipped with a new terrace roof this year.
The holiday home under thatch has underfloor heating in all rooms which are heated by an air source heat pump.
The house can accommodate 4 people in 2 bedrooms.
The house is a non-smoking house. Animals are not allowed.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts.... abgesehen von einer Bierzapfanlage vielleicht 😋... (Spass) Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und es gab nichts zu bemängeln. Bei Anreise war das Anwesen noch nicht gereinigt was aber ein Kommunikationsfehler war. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Verwalter vor Ort wurde innerhalb einer Stunde das Haus komplett gesäubert. Einfach super 👍 Für dieses Versehen hat man sich Tage später noch mit einem ordentlichen Präsent entschuldigt. Das hätte wirklich nicht sein müssen aber trotzdem haben wir uns gefreut. Zum Haus brauche ich nicht viel sagen, hier steht alles in der Beschreibung. Das Haus befindet sich in Reihe mit mehreren Häusern, was in Ordnung war. Die Lage ist Super, man ist in 5 Min. in Wismar und kann dort einiges unternehmen. Lieben Dank für alles. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder. MfG Familie D.

Wir haben im Mai 2022 zwei Wochen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus gemacht und jeden Tag genossen. Das Haus ist absolut komplett ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, so dass man sich so richtig wohl fühlen kann. Ganz besonders haben wir den Ausblick vom Garten aus genießen können. Man blickt über die Felder hin zur Ostsee und auf die Insel Poel, einfach toll!
Betonen möchten wir noch, dass man von hier aus einen ausgezeichneten Startpunkt für ausgedehnte, wundervolle Radtouren hat. Und wenn man erschöpft zurückkehrt, freut man sich auf die gemütliche Unterkunft.
Wir können das Ferienhaus ohne Einschätzung empfehlen!

Das Haus ist super und es ist alles drin was man benötigt. Liebevoll eingerichtet und mit schöner Lage. Empfehlenswert.
Das einzige was nicht so schön war, war die Sauberkeit, spinnenweben, die Fliegengitter sind dreckig und teilweise kaputt und der Boden war schlecht gewischt. Das Wäschepaket viel zu wenig für 12 Tage und die Bettwäsche erinnert an einen Krankenhausaufenthalt. Vielleicht kann man das ändern und der Aufenthalt wird perfekt.
