Shop 800 m, bus stop "seignosse office du tourisme", railway station, sandy beach 500 m. Golf course (18 hole) 3.5 km, tennis 300 m.
2-room house 45 m2 on 2 levels, south facing position. Living/dining room with flat screen. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: open gallery with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Terrace. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine. Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Please note: there is a gallery overlooking the living room. WIFI not possible. Comfortable house overlooks woods and the back of the village- short but busy walk to beach, shops, street market, cafés etc.
Private, quiet, reasonably well-equipped...
You can hear the surf roar at night, lovely.
Hard to find first time- a detailed map would help.

Fuimos mi mujer, yo y nuestra niña de 3 meses, casa muy funcional y medio camino entre hossegor y le penon, para 6 yo creo que un poco pequeña pero para 3 o 4 perfecta.
