Appartement assez calme. Proche de la plage. 3 marchés dans la semaine. Un peu petit pour 5 occupants. Très bien pour le prix!

Nous avons apprécié, la situation de l appartement par rapport aux différentes infrastructures, et plages . Nous avons également apprécié le ménage ainsi que les linges de lit compris dans le loyer . L électroménager est parfait . Et le ménage était réalisé tout les jours dans les partis commune de l immeuble. Les points à améliorer sont les suivants :
Espace cuisine et wc trop étroit .
La mezzanine manque d aération .
Un bruit de moteur continuel est entendu surtout sur la mezzanine le nuit .
Le réfrigérateur est trop petit pour sept personnes.
Et la déco vieillots ainsi que l électricité ( prise et rallonge électrique) pas aux normes .
Façade et boiseries de l immeuble pas en bon état .

Tres bel appartement (gd balcon,vue océan, bonne superficie, parking sécurisé, ...)Un bémol cependant qui a son importance,le sommier du lit parental est catastrophique, on n'est pas sur de bien dormir .Or en vacances c'est tres important.Vraiment dommage...

Résidence et appartement idéalement situé, face à l'océan, calme,place de parking réservée donc c'est parfait. L'appartement : assez bien équipé, 5 couchages (7 possible avec le petit canapé lit dans le salon) mais ameublement très vieillot partout, douche très, trop, petite, ménage pas top (poussière autour et sous le lit double) dépôt de graisse cuite tout autour des murs des plaques de cuisson électriques dans la cuisine, ménage des parties communes effectué 1 seule fois en 3 semaines, le digicode n'a jamais fonctionné donc accès libre dans l'immeuble donc non sécurisé, installation électrique du siècle dernier, limite conforme donc besoin de plusieurs rallonges électriques ... dommage.
