The property was great and I would stay there again. However, I am not sure I would use Homeaway again because I know that I specifically booked a 2 bedroom, yet you say I booked a Studio. I have no e-mail proving otherwise. The pictures of the property when I booked specifically showed 2 bedrooms with a kitchen/laundry etc. If I was only going to get a studio these pictures should never have appeared. I feel this was a bait and switch or that your website is extremely misleading. After 3 days in the studio the property was able to move us to a 2 bedroom for an additional $50/day and it was great. When I called Homeaway upon arrival I spent over an hour on hold to try to resolve and then I spent 2 hours on hold the next day to try to resolve. Everyone I spoke with was very courteous but no one was able to do anything for me. We never received a confirmation e-mail that said we were in a studio and the link in the original booking confirmation e-mail was broken. It originally went to a page that clearly showed pictures of a 2 bedroom. Very disappointing experience.

Super convenient to parks! Clean and well maintained. Pools were nice too; warmed to nice temps for Feb! Lots of construction going on and a bit overwhelming when you first check in, but it's a big place. We would def consider staying there again.

The room was a little odd in that it had a tub in the center of the room. The facility was clean and had daily maid service. We went to the restaurant one night and it was crowded so we sat at the bar where there were seats. The bartender told us that "when the restaurant is this busy, the kitchen gives low priority to the bar orders" - I Thought that was an odd thing to say and an even odder practice. The food costs the same whether you're at the bar or at a table. All in all it was ok.
