For our group of 7, I cannot imagine a better VRBO property to stay in at Saalbach. I think this is one of the best spots in town to stay. The house: Very clean, delivered as expected, and well taken care of. We had no issues with any amenities, there is plenty of space, and all utilities were in great condition. The whole property is well cared for. The location: The house is very centrally located. It's right next to one of the major lifts, so as close to ski-in/ski-out as you can get. It's also very close to the downtown area, easily walk able to any part in town. BUT, it's just far enough removed that you don't hear music all night from the apres. The owner: Extremely professional. He was there to assist with anything we needed, and knew everything about the town. He assisted us in travel, tips about when/where to ski, places in town, etc. Very responsive and friendly. A top notch stay, delivered exactly as promised.

We were three families with kids who rented the cabin for week in January. The cabin’s location is right next to the lift and its located in the center of Saalbach. You can not wish for a better location. The cabin is large and we had lots of room and space so it never felt crowded. Its certainly a place we would rent again and we can all highly recommend it… Siegmund and Bettina are very friendly and all in all it was a great vacation…. Thank you from all of us..

Wir haben mit 18 jungen Leuten das Haus bewohnt und sind mehr als zufrieden. Die Woche war super und wir werden definitiv wiederkommen. Bereits als wir ankamen, waren wir von der schönen Gegend und der Einrichtung überwältigt. Herr Gschossmann empfing uns hilfsbereit und freundlich und wir konnten Dank der frühen Abreise der Vormieter bereits zum Mittag ins Haus. Lage: Ich kann mich den Vorrednern nur anschließen. Die Lage des Hauses kann für einen Skiurlaub besser gar nicht sein. Das Haus liegt genau wie beschrieben direkt an der Piste sowie am Lift und Skiverleih und Après Ski sind zu Fuß mit wenigen Schritten zu erreichen. Supermärkte sind ebenfalls in der Nähe, für Großeinkäufe fährt man max. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Ausstattung: In dem Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Das Wohnzimmer ist relativ klein, bietet aber dennoch genug Platz, um gemeinsam zu essen und beisammen zu sein. In den Zimmern befinden sich äußerst bequeme Betten und genug WCs und Duschmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Kochen für 18 Leute bereitete uns keine Probleme mit dem vorhanden Zubehör in der Küche. Für die Terrasse sind Grill, Liegestühle und Tischgarnitur vorhanden, sodass man an sonnigen Tagen das atemberaubende Berg-Ambiente genießen kann. Fazit: Wie gesagt, werden wir definitiv wiederkommen. Die Unterkunft ist für einen Skiurlaub bei der Gruppengröße und preis-leistungsmäßig kaum zu toppen. Für manche Gruppen könnte der Aufenthaltsraum/Wohnzimmer etwas zu klein erscheinen, jedoch bieten die Zimmer sowie die Terasse einen angenehmen Rückzugsort. Für eine Gruppe, die eine gemeinsame Woche mit Spaß und Action auf und neben der Piste verbringen möchte, ist dieses Inserat einfach nur zu empfehlen!

Wir waren lange auf der Suche nach einer Unterkunft für eine große Gruppe von Leuten. Im Hause Panorama wurden wir fündig. Das Haus ist perfekt für große Gruppen. Wie waren 15 Freunde. Bäder, Küche, Toiletten und Gemeinschaftsraum bieten genügend Platz und sind großzügig ausgelegt. Mit der Küchenausstattung ist es problemlos möglich alle hungrigen Mäuler selbst zu stopfen. Bei der Lage gibt es ebenfalls nichts zu bemängeln, Der nächste Lift ist nur 50 m vom Haus entfernt und der Weg ins Zentrum in etwa 200 m. Alles in allem hatten wir eine super Unterkunft für unser Skiwochenende.

Voor de tweede keer onze wintersport in dit perfect gelegen huis doorgebracht. Het huis is prima toegerust voor een groep, is schoon en wordt goed onderhouden. Dat en het feit dat skilift en piste direct naast het huis liggen maakt het vakantieplaatje compleet. En de zeer vriendelijke en gastvrije opstelling van de verhuurder mag hierbij zeker niet vergeten worden.

Wir waren mit 14 Personen für eine Woche im Ferienhaus Panorama. Die Belegung mit 14 Personen war perfekt. Wir hätten aber ohne Probleme noch 2 weitere Leute unterbringen können. Die Lage ist unschlagbar und auch die Ausstattung super. Unser Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar und absolut flexibel. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt, direkt am Lift und nah am Ort, unser Auto wurde erst zur Abreise wieder angelassen. Das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt, die Küchenausstattung ermöglichst es tatsächlich für viele (15) Personen zu kochen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Das Haus war wirklich schön, super gelegen (direkt an der Piste und ganz nah zum Ort), sehr sauber und nett eingerichtet. Wir waren mit 20 Personen ( Erw. u. Kinder) und hatten genug Platz. Sehr angenehm waren die vielen Bäder und Toiletten. Der Vermieter war super nett und stets um unser Wohlergehen bemüht. The house was exactly as advertised. An excellent spacious house in the perfect location on the ski slope, right beside the chair and gondola lift and a couple of minutes walk to bars, ski rental shop and the centre of town. The owner was a great help and was very accommodating and kindly met us to hand over the keys and then again when we were leaving. He even texted during the week to make sure everything was okay and that we didn't need anything. Very good service for a self catering house. We were a group of 14 adults and we all really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be coming back to Haus Panorama. Brian

Freundliche Vermieter der sich schnell und unkompliziert um alles (auch Sonderwünsche) gekümmert hat. Die Lage ist ein Traum direkt an der Piste (zum Skifahren)eine Minute zum Lift und abends direkt ans Haus. Für alle die ausgehen wollen auch abends direkt an der Piste (Gastronomisch) die erste Kneipe zwei Minuten zum Laufen und dann alle 50-80m eine neue, zu empfehlen ist der Turm. Jederzeit wieder!! Zum Schluss noch ein ganz kleiner Wermuttropfen, für 16 Personen (wie in unserem Fall) ist der Aufenthaltsraum etwas zu klein. Aber auch nur dann wenn alle unterschiedliche Gesellschaftsspiele spielen wollen (was wohl eher selten ist).
