This welcoming vacation home is located about 3 km from Sorrento, one of the most renowned resorts of the Sorrento peninsula. At a distance of about 20 m there is also the vacation home IKS117, so the property is ideal for families or groups of friends who want to spend their vacations together without giving up their privacy. Both vacation homes share the pool and an outdoor space with fitness equipment, and each vacation home has a private equipped area in front of the house. Ideal starting point both for day trips to the wonderful Amalfi Coast, Naples, Pompeii or the island of Capri, and for a day of swimming at the crystal clear sea, located a few kilometers away. The vacation homes are nestled in a lemon plantation, so you can relax overlooking the lemon groves characteristic of this area. Baby crib available on request.

The villa was large enough for 6 of us to stay the interior of the the property wash clean and rooms where large enough the kitchen was very large but could do with a little modernisation all the bedrooms where large both bathrooms where large enough but the showers are quite small and could be a struggle for larger people there is no bath. Externally the gym is advertised is inaccessible not that we would have used it anyway, the pool was usable and fine but could do with a little bit of renovation. It was quite difficult to find the property itself although the location on satnav was correct the entrance is on a busy main road and is not very evident mane a picture of the gate in the advert help you know you are at the right property.

This property is so beautiful on a lemon farm, but it does come with a good amount of ants. Taxis to get anywhere started at 40 euros and were difficult to call at times. When we first arrived I was messaging directly through Vrbo and got no response, so we were lost with our bags for about an hour walking around this very winding road which felt dangerous. The address was very difficult to find for us and for taxi drivers, so it would have been nice to be in contact with the host before. I finally got contact with the host after finding a note with the keys outside one of the doors which provided the host's whatsapp number... once we had contact with her she was very nice and responsive. If you are looking for a quiet get away and don't mind spending extra on taxis or figuring out the bus (we figured out drop off but could never get the bus to pick us up), then this is the place -- it has great views and feels secluded.
