Location is reachable with Saloon Car. Room with Front Balcony is too good facing towards Sand Dunes and not the Road. Caretaker Rashid was supportive.

Outside allocated Camp was not having proper sitting arrangement. We approached the caretaker and picked from the store.

Perfect location. You can reach until the hotel by your own normal car. Big and comfortable rooms! The guide they assigned was so kind and we had two amazing tour because of him too.

Shower was weak until we push the frush button of the toilet (strange but they are somehow connected)

Can be accessed by a 2 wd and is also right in front of the dunes so very convenient,also very spacious rooms.

A bit of construction going on nearby was a little problem for us personally but overall very good place.

Extremely good value for money. Requested early check in for 2 pm. Only found out later that they can even accommodate guests arriving at midday. Accessible with normal saloon car which was a bonus. Family run business who also do package deals for dune bashing, camel rides, Quad bikes and meal in the desert. So no need to arrange with other guides, as we were approached by many even before we reached the property. Would definitely stay again. A+

Kitchen is slightly dated but has all the basic essentials. Could do with a new batch of utensils as some seemed very old and a few chipped glass cups. Did mention this to the worker as we were leaving who said they will replace them. One of the bedrooms has a balcony which has gaps at the bottom and can get quite drafty, especially as it s the winter season. Also potentially allows bugs and insects to come in. A simple draft excluder would resolve this problem. Also the blind did not fully cover the patio on the right side which allowed streak of light straight on to the bed. I had to dangle a scarf from the top to block the light. Once again a simple fix Please note these were minor issues and does not take away from the quality of the property and the great host.
