Alles top, sehr schönes Haus mit Garten, Pool und Kinderspielplatz.
Einzig der Pool war etwas arg kalt und die Lage war uns persönlich etwas zu weit vom Stadtkern Nizwa entfernt (ca. 20-25 min Fahrt)

Check-in and the location are great if you have a rental car. The place is easy to find and very convenient for getting around. The facilities are very good, although the kitchen equipment could be better.
There were two bedrooms, and we were three friends. We booked this accommodation because we wanted a spacious place. However, only one bedroom was prepared, with three single beds. The second bedroom, which had a double bed, was not prepared. We managed to sort it out ourselves using sheets from one of the single beds. Also, the double bed mattress had a large stain on it, which was not very pleasant.
