Everything was fine!

The apartment had a great view, was very comfortable, very clean and I felt very safe.

There is mention on booking that it has wash machine but it has not . I am sure that the owner will correct the details on booking. Very close to apartment you can find places that have wash machine for your needs.

Perfect weekend wonderful host and will come back again

for a quiet weekend location was perfect next to a lake. Host filled the kitchen fridge out of his own expense.

English TV not available had to use my fire stick.

Die Ausstattung in Küche und Bad ist funktional aber mittlerweile schon in die Jahre gekommen. Die Sauberkeit in diesen beiden Räumen lässt noch Luft nach oben.

Eine gemütliche Wohnung über dem See als empfehlenswerter Ausgangspunkt für Bad Segebergs Umgebung.

Lage mit Blick über den See war hervorragend. Das Erreichen der Innenstadt kein Problem. Die Wohnung war ein guter Ausgangspunkt für alle Unternehmungen.

Das Parken und stehen lassen des Autos war durch die Lage an der Kureinrichtung ein Problem, ebenso das Unterbringen der Fahrräder. Der Fahrradkeller war überfüllt. So blieben die Räder auf dem Fahrradträger des Autos.

Angebot stand nicht vollumfänglich zur Verfügung.

Schön ausgestattetes Apartment, gepflegt und sauber. Schade weil die Vermieter sich viel Mühe gegeben haben bei der Einrichtung / Austattung. Aber : Wir sind mind. 6 x im Jahr ein verlängertes Wochenende in Bad Segeberg, aber diese Haus meiden wir zukünftig ! Weil: Lärm, Publikum, keine Erholung!

Wir haben diese Unterkunft ausschließlich darum gebucht, weil eine Möglichkeit IM HAUS bestand, den Spa-Bereich zu nutzen. Extra noch bei dem Vermieter nachgefragt. Durch Zufall dann erfahren, dass der Spa Bereich während unserem Aufenthaltes zu ist- weil renoviert wird… Ärgerlich ! Im Haus offensichtlich auch Asylanten (!) untergebracht. Hinter dem Haus wurde illegal gegrillt ?!

Traumhafte Lage, Blick auf den Segeberger See. "Blitzkommunikation", umgehende Antwort und Lösungen zu unseren Fragen, wie zB zu frühe Ankunft und vorzeitiger check-in.

Nichtgefallen?: hm, dazu fällt uns nicht wirklich etwas ein 😉

Ausblick mit kleinen Anstrichen

Die Fotos übertreiben nicht... der Ausblick ist wirklich fantastisch, die Betten sind bequem und die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung. Die gewünschte Raumtemperatur ist schnell erreicht.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sachlich eingerichtet, uns ein wenig ungemütlich. Unübersehbar nagt der Zahn der Zeit an Küche und Bad. Im Schlafzimmer hätten wir uns ein wenig mehr als eine Kleiderstange und vier Bügel gewünscht.
