An old farmhouse situated on a small hill in the heart of Tuscany, from which the view sweeps over gentle valleys and up to the Apuan Alps, is the ideal place for all those who have always dreamed of Tuscany in its scenic and to experience art historical diversity.
'Il Poggiarello' is surrounded by extensive grounds, on which cypresses, pines and olive trees grow. The property is easy to reach.
The two apartments are on the ground floor.
The 1st Apartment is suitable for 2 people. It consists of: living-dining room with a well-functioning fireplace, Tuscan Art Nouveau bedroom, kitchen, shower room and terrace.
Bed linen and towels are provided. The kitchens are equipped with gas stoves. German Sat.- TV, internet connection and garden furniture are on site.
Shops, restaurants, horse riding, golf course and outdoor pool are all within easy reach:
Montaione (8km): COOP and PAM supermarket, restaurants, banks, post office, pharmacy, doctors, internet point (library), German daily newspapers and magazines (paper goods shops), fax.
Mura (3km): petrol station, horse riding, restaurant.
Sughera (2km): church.
Alberi (2km): Pizzeria on the left, restaurant on the right after the bridge.
Castellare di Tonda (2km): wellness center, bar and Shops, restaurant.
Castelfalfi (6km): golf (swimming pool, restaurant).
Castelfiorentino (17km): well-stocked COOP. Coming from Ponte ad Elsa, it is signposted to the right shortly after the Castelfiorentino sign. Castelfiorentino has hourly train connections to Florence and Siena.
Pisa airport (approx. 55 km): from there drive directly onto the Pisa-Firenze expressway (FI-PI-LI), exit at San Miniato.
Firenze airport (approx. 67 km): A1 towards Rome, exit Scandicci.
