Apartment of 35 sq m on the ground floor, bedroom with double bed and a small bed for child up to 12 yrs, kitchen, bathroom with shower and a lovely veranda with table and chairs.
This apartment is ideal for two people who want to spend a romantic holiday. Thanks to its location you can spend wonderful days in a bright, well ventilated and cool environment
The apartment is simply furnished with taste. The kitchen is equipped with oven, toaster, espresso machine and American. Wi-Fi connection, satellite TV.
This holiday home in Chianti is located near the medieval village of Montaione (2 km), right within the heart of the Tuscan triangle created by Florence, Pisa and Siena.
The property consists of 5 apartments of different size and typology; 3 are in the main building whereas the other 2 are in independent houses.
The accommodations are immersed in the surrounding nature of the 5 hectares of estate with its olive groves, pine trees and a beautiful botanical garden full of plants and flowers, ideal for walking and for those wanting to remain in contact with nature, its scents and colours.
At guest’s disposal there are also a swimming pool (10x5 m, open May-Oct, up to 2.30 m deep, the ground is fenced for children safety), a children playground, table tennis, Wi-Fi, a Washing machine, and it is also possible to taste the delicious olive oil of the farmhouse.
Situated on the hills, the apartments enjoy a breathtaking view over the valleys, Val d’Elsa and Val d’Era, with their beautiful countryside slowly receding down towards the sea line. From the top of the hill guests can admire romantic sunsets.
These holiday apartments in Montaione (2 km away) are near shops, restaurants and other facilities as well as in an ideal position for visiting art centres such as San Gimignano at 18 km and Volterra 30 km, Florence at 50 km, Siena 58 km, Pisa 58 km, Lucca 60 km.

Alles hat gepasst ‼️ Liebevolle Betreuung vor Ort, wenn auch nur in italienisch… dennoch hat die Verständigung super funktioniert. Kleine Probleme wurden sofort gelöst, super! Danke für die schöne Zeit.
