Welcome to our large fully renovated T3 with sea view terrace, located close to the Beaurivage district. Nicknamed by the locals "Quartier Bibi", it is sought after for its pleasant and family atmosphere, and for its location, both close to the heart of Biarritz, the Côte des Basques, and the magnificent beaches of Bidart.
You are 5 minutes walk from shops and restaurants, and 600m from the Basques beach and the famous Etxola Bibi hut, ideal for an aperitif at sunset facing the sea

Quiet in a charming residence, our T3 apartment of 70m2, is located on the 4th floor with elevator. A parking space is reserved for you.
It has a large balcony offering a magnificent panorama of the coastline, ideal for having breakfast facing the sea. It is crossing and enjoys incredible light all day.
A fully equipped kitchen, with American fridge and ice dispenser, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, dishwasher ... A new bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine. A living room with TV and comfortable internet corner.
Everything is new and quality, including the bedding with a double bed in 160 * 200 and two single beds in 90 * 200!

Avons passé un très bon séjour dans votre appartement.
Très belle vue sur l’océan.
Tout se fait à pieds compter 15 minutes pour être sur la plage de la côte des basques ou au centre ville.
L.appartement est bien équipé
