About this apartment rental

This new duplex apartment is on the third and last floor of a small residence, with south west facing balcony. It is located 100 m from the city center of Saint Gervais and 500 m from the gondola Bettex with free shuttle next to the residence.
This very comfortable duplex of 75 m2 can accommodate up to 8 people (7 adults maximum) It contains :
- 1 bedroom with a double bed
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds
- 1 sleeping area with 2 bunk beds
- 1 open kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, oven and microwave, and all small appliances,
- 1 living room (with a sofa bed), equipped with television and free Wifi access,
- 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets (including 1 separate),
- 1 private parking space and a ski locker

In Saint Gervais you can enjoy the municipal swimming pool (recent) covered and discovered, thermal baths, ice rink, tennis and access to the Mont Blanc Tramway, and two lakes nearby in summer (Passy and Combloux).
The Evasion Mont Blanc package gives access to the large domain of Saint Gervais, Megève, Saint Nicolas de Véroce, Combloux, les Contamines …
Possibility of long rent for water cure (3weeks) with 20% discount.
Optional: sheets and hand towels supplied and beds made on arrival for 20 euros a person. To specify during the reservation.

This is an excellent well appointed property ideally located in the centre of St Gervais. The lounge and kitchen area is extremely comfortable with all the appliances and equipment necessary. The balcony provides fantastic views! The host made check in and departure straightforward & communication throughout was very good. I can thoroughly recommend and will be returning in March this year. You will not be disappointed!

For our stay skiing in St. Gervais for a week, this apartment was absolutely perfect. It is clean, modern, tastefully decorated & fully equipped with everything that you need. The owners Christine & Philippe were extremely easy to deal with throughout, and very helpful & accommodating, making the whole experience completely stress free. They even arranged for the apartment to be ready for us to check in early, which was very much appreciated. It is in a great location, a short walk to both the ski lift and the town centre (shops, restaurants, etc.), so a hire car is not necessary. The town of St. Gervais is beautiful and perfect for a family holiday, with lots of nice family friendly restaurants and bars. For us it turned out to be the perfect family skiing holiday, and we will definitely be back!!!!! Thank you Christine & Philippe

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. Perfect size for 3 adults and three 10 year olds. The apartment had everything we needed and was so convenient for the Bettex bubble lift. 30 seconds to the bus stop 5 minutes walk to the Bettex lift 2 minutes walk to the beautiful town centre Would highlighy recommend Thank you Christine 😊

A wonderful new 3 bedroom apartment close to shops and lift

We had a marvellous stay in this lovely apartment. Christine, the host, was very accommodating with our planned early arrival and then our actual delayed arrival due to a cancelled flight. Once we arrived we found it to be just like the photos, with a lovely modern style incorporating traditional wooden features. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is a lift. Upstairs there's 3 bedrooms(a double, a twin, and two bunks), along with a good sized bathroom with shower. Downstairs there's an open plan modern kitchen and lounge, along with a second toilet and shower. There is a balcony with great views, although we didn't sit out as it was rather cold this January. There is a secure ski store on the ground floor, and a parking space in the car park outside. It's a very short walk to the shops and restaurants in the town centre, and to the Bettex lift across the bridge. We feel very lucky to have found such a lovely place to explore the mountains from.

Excellent property close to everything

This is a new apartment and is well designed to accommodate families or couples. It is on the 3rd (top floor) but is serviced by a lift with a ski locker on ground floor. There is a lovely balcony with great views towards Le Bettex ski area and Megeve. Limited sunshine there in January but sure it will be sunny from early afternoon later in season. The beds are all comfortable. The bathrooms provide good space and very good showers. The kitchen space is a bit limited at the moment (but manageable) but I understand an additional storage/work surface is to be installed in February which will make it a much better area for self catering. There is a modern internet TV so easy connection to Netflix etc. Wifi is very good (password could be shorter!). The location is great being within 100 metres level walk of main bar/restaurant area. There is a skibus stop just outside or it is a very short walk/drive to the main Le Bettex gondola. Overall an excellent apartment with good facilities and larger than most French ski apartments of this type. I would highly recommend it.

Communication with the owner has been very effective. A trusted person guided us through the house too. The house is very well located close to shuttle station. It’s completely new and very well equipped. Games are available for children. Small appliances are also available for a complete French experience. Confortable beds and excellent showers. Parking and ski locker I’d certainly repeat.

L'appartement est neuf et très bien agencé. Sa situation est idéale, à côté du centre-ville (restaurants et commerces) et proche des remontées mécaniques (accessibles aussi en navette en 5 min). La vue depuis le séjour et la terrasse est magnifique.

Nous avons donc eu la chance de trouver cet appartement fabuleux et spacieux. À 5 minutes à pieds du centre ville de St Gervais et correspondance navette pour le téléphérique du Bettex en bas de la résidence . Nous étions en famille et il y avait assez de place pour nous tous. Accueuil charmant, appartement neuf , cuisine très bien équipée ,literie très correcte, propreté impeccable et belle vue du balcon. Nous nous y retournerons sans hésiter.

Bel appartement très fonctionnel, dans immeuble récent, bien organisé, bien isolé, idéal avec 2 sdb car nous étions 7. Tout se fait à pied (centre de saint gervais et commerces à 2/3min. Navettes pour le départ des télécabines toutes les 15min à 1/2 min). Propriétaire très serviable. (une machine à laver serait un plus)
