The flat can be on the ground or first floor depending on availability.
Comfortable and cosy accommodation for your relaxing days in a place of peace and relaxation just a few metres from the sea. A garden and veranda with a sea view and ample parking surround a dwelling with all kinds of comforts.
Flat for 6 persons with sea view only 300 metres from the sea.
For the period of July and August, the minimum stay is one week with entry and exit on Saturdays. I will be present when handing over the keys and available for any requests during the stay. The price does not include electricity, which will be calculated according to your consumption.
There is the possibility of renting household linen (set of towels and sheets).
Quiet, traffic-free area, a few metres from the centre and the beach.
Ideal location for visiting the entire Ionian coast of Salento.
