Villa Imperia is a luxury 3 bedroom villa situated on the slopes of the hills of Elounda, offering a stunning view, overlooking the small village of Plaka, the Bay of Elounda and Spinalonga Island with an incomparable blue sea that invites you to surrender to daydreaming, far away from the bustling city life. The elegance of the spacious and stylishly furnished 3-bedroom villa together with the warm and welcoming atmosphere create the feeling of perfect, refined luxury.
Villa Imperia, displays an individual style and decoration to guarantee a truly unforgettable stay. The villa is surrounded by a rock and herb garden with local trees, plants and herbs like olive and carob trees, lemon and orange trees, fig trees and pomegranate trees, oregano, thyme, bay and mint.
The split-level upper floor, where the entrance is, is an open plan with a spacious living area with open fire place, flat screen TV and comfortable furnishings; dining area and fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, mixer plus all necessary kitchen utensils; the terrace doors lead to the furnished upper veranda with magnificent views over the Bay of Elounda and its turquoise blue sea, with the islet Spinalonga strategically placed in its middle.
Three steps lead to the first master bedroom with balcony, a twin-bedroom and a bathroom with toilet.
The ground level is reached by a flight of stairs, where the second master bedroom, the wellness room and a second toilet are. The wellness room and the master bedroom have terrace doors leading to the furnished ground level terrace with private swimming pool and again magnificent views of the surrounding area.
Each of the Elounda Maris Villas (Villa Imperia, Villa Castro and Villa Mirabello) offers a private swimming pool, terraces, lawn and herb garden, a BBQ and outdoor furnished areas.
The only difference between them is that Villa Imperia had a larger outdoor area, Villa Mirabello a slightly smaller one and Villa Castro the smallest of them. Villa Imperia is on the top right, Villa Castro in the middle and Villa Mirabello on the left.
The views of the sea, mountains and island of Spinalonga are stunning from all three villas.

The view from the Villa is perfect. Spinalonga just across the bay. The pool is wonderful and looked after every other day … we had cleaning/maid everyday (not Sunday) - beds, bathrooms, floors… all very good.
Plaka is nice and quiet with enough restaurants… what we tried were all good quality. Elounda is 10mins away by car… livelier and more shops, restaurants etc. Supermarkets in both places are expensive although the one in Plaka and EuroMart (Elounda) deliver for free. If you want to shop cheaper … Lidl and others are in Agios Nikalos (20mins).

My husband, myself and our teenage son spent a lovely week here mid June. The property was lovely- very clean with a beautiful pool and a nice garden which meant that the 2 boys could play football. The views of the bay and Spinalonga island were spectacular. The local restaurants were amazing and the locals could not have been nicer or more welcoming.
