Loved this traditional Cretan villa tucked in the hills at the back of Plaka. So peaceful and the view of the sea and the olive trees is beautiful. The pool was an added bonus as it was hot and the shade of the trees perfect. The villa was very traditional so had lots of character. The village is quiet with a lovely taverna serving delicious food. The host, Nikos, responded promptly and access to the property was easy. For a different and quiet getaway would highly recommend this villa.

Lovely town with some lovely tavernas. The swimming pool is great and the apartment is beautiful. Very relaxing. Alongside the taverna recommended, which was great, is also a small one on the way, which was a delightful alternative with some glorious local food. If you like the sort of place that just feeds you what they have then well worth a visit also.
