About this cottage rental
Located just a short walk to the beach, our desirable Ohio Avenue home is completely renovated! It features an enclosed porch with wicker furniture, two bedrooms, one bathroom, full kitchen, living room, and dining area. It also features central air conditioning, ceiling fans, Xfinity wifi throughout, a flat-panel TV with DVD and digital cable in the living room, and a flat-panel TV and digital cable in the master bedroom. A dishwasher, microwave, gas range, and full-size washer and dryer are all provided as well. Outside, you will find a larger corner yard in front and on the side, off-street parking, a patio with patio set, gas grill, enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water, and sounds of the ocean. For larger parties, ask about renting this and another one of our neighboring properties - we have three 2-bedroom homes right next to each other

I booked this house for my 31st birthday with my mom and sister. The house was adorable, immaculately clean, and just as described. The house was in the perfect location to everything in Cape May. The hosts were responsive through messaging with a few questions I had. Overall had the best experience and highly recommend!

This unit was perfect for us. Clean, well-equipped, and a great location to boot. Away from the crowds, but still close to the beach and town center. Ron and Kim were great hosts, responding rapidly to our calls. They even delivered a swivel rocker when i expressed a preference for them.

The house is in a residential neighborhood within eashy access to historic downtown (15-20 min walk) and the north end of the beach (5-10min walk). Photos are accurate: it is clean and functional. Very comfortable bed, good shower, smalllocked porch where the bicycles could be safely stored, and outside dinner table were welcome features. Host was responsive and friendly. We will be back!
