About this house rental
Located just a short walk to the beach, our desirable Ohio Avenue home was completely renovated! It features an open porch with chairs, two bedrooms, one and one-half bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, and dining area. It also features central air conditioning, ceiling fans, Xfinity wifi throughout, a smart TV and digital cable in the living room, and smart TV and digital cable in the master bedroom. A dishwasher, microwave, gas range, and full-size washer and dryer are all provided as well. Outside, you will find a yard in front and on the side, off-street parking, a patio with patio set, gas grill, enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water, and sounds of the ocean. For larger parties, ask about renting this and another one of our neighboring properties - we have three 2-bedroom homes right next to each other!

Comfortable, clean, and wonderful hosts. Close to everything, beaches, dining, shopping! The home has whatever you might need for cooking, relaxing, enjoying the Cape! Porch is great for having a cup of coffee in the morning.

This was the perfect rental for my family of 4. The house was in great condition and very clean at check-in. The location was an easy 3 minute drive to the beach or 5 minute drive to the shopping. Was worried about noise being a 4-plex but never heard the neighbors inside at all. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a lovely property that is extremely well-maintained. It was spotless when we checked in. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking and the grill is easy to use. The neighborhood is entirely residential with tree-lined streets. It is located in a quiet area that is a short walk (less than 10 minutes) to the beach. It is a longer walk to the Washington Street mall area - about 25 minutes. I highly recommend this home and look forward to coming back next year.

This was the perfect little getaway for me and my 2 family members! It fit our needs well. The rental was exactly as described and was clean and comfortable. Will not hesitate to rent again!
