This home is a design lover’s dream, boasting impeccable interiors, bespoke finishings and an enviable art collection .
The three bedrooms include ensuite baths and king size four poster bed and luxury mattresses. One bedroom is on the main living level.
The flooring throughout the living and sleeping room is hardwood with a collection of beautiful rugs. The bath include marble and porcelain tile and stone countertops.
There are two living areas, one each floor each with large screen TVs. There is also SONOS with built -in speakers and wired security.
There is a well stock kitchen and scullery with gourmet appliances suitable for a chef. The custom cabinetry includes slow close drawers, spice and utility storage and double trash pullout. The cabinet hardware is designed by the owner and custom made by a local metalsmith.
Cars are stored in the attached two car garage with garage door openers.
The exterior balcony is accessed from the living/dining/kitchen

This home is beautiful. The cleanliness of the property, the layout & the modern decor, makes it one of a kind. I celebrated my 29th Birthday with close friends this past weekend and I am so happy I chose The Manse. It was perfect for our party of five. The spacious bedrooms and the en-suite bathrooms in each bedroom made our primping easygoing. It is ideally close to everything! We will definitely return to Atlanta and share our time here. Thank you Pam for your great hospitality and sharing your amazing home with us. ❤️

This house was so amazing. I will be planning a girls trip to stay at this house. The beds were awesome and the house was stocked. We even had a welcome basket with an anniversary card. It had everything you would want for a great vacation and much more. The host was so helpful, sent us emails of places to go & things to do. She always communicated right away when we had a question.
Thanks for a great anniversary. Everyone loved the house!!
