The staff are very friendly and welcoming. We are returning customers as we previously enjoyed our earlier visit.

Only issue is that the access road to the estate has yet to be tarmaced but once you arrive at the property you realise that this is a very minor issue.

Lack of other guests. Had Dinner in the dining room on our own.

Literally nothing

In my opinion, my experience with this retreat was extremely disappointing and far below what I would expect from a property presenting itself as a high-end or luxury retreat.

Wow, exceptionally beautiful place to stay with calm, serene surroundings. The Staff were amazing, so kind, helpful, friendly it felt like we lived there. Superb comfort. The Spa was lovely and setting again just superb. The food was very well made and presented, very healthy. Nice gym. A superb holiday.

We loved everything about the place

We spent two days at the hotel during my birthday, and it was an absolute delight! One of the highlights was the food , the breakfasts were simply exceptional. At first glance, everything looked healthy and well-balanced: fresh seasonal fruits, homemade yoghurts, nutritious grains, freshly squeezed juices, and warm dishes made with perfectly selected ingredients. The coffee was aromatic, the presentation was thoughtful, and the overall experience was both aesthetically pleasing and delicious. It felt like more than just a meal it was part of the overall wellness journey. Although we didn’t try lunch, as we spent most of the time in the spa, pool, and sauna, the breakfasts alone left a lasting culinary impression. You can tell the kitchen is designed with care for both health and enjoyment. We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to the staff every team member was kind, calm, and genuinely welcoming. Their quiet professionalism and warm smiles made us feel completely relaxed and cared for throughout our stay.

There was honestly nothing we didn’t like — everything from the food to the atmosphere was flawless. Even during the winter, the stay felt warm and soulful.
