Host was helpful with all the information and direction made our stay much easier

It was cosy it had everything we needed for our 2 night stay we used all the facilities in there everything was in good working order and clean

Clean and tidy, superb location, considering it's location we were expecting a lot of noise but we barely heard anything, great time and lovely accommodation and great communication.

very dirty oven old filthy did not work , Wi-Fi wouldn’t work host was rude and very unhelpful then all of a sudden Wi-Fi said blocked !!!! Weird , when we asked about the oven and Wi-Fi we were told it was fine when they left! And if they find that the oven is broke they will bill us for it !!!!!!! The host was a weird and nasty person to the point I did not feel safe staying there , We got home after our stay to be told the sheets had pink and green stains on and we had lost our 200 unauthorised deposit , all in all what should of Bern a treat for me and my partner turned in to a costly night mate DO NOT STSY HERE

👌PERFECT👌

Me and my wife stayed here for 4 nights... very clean and comfortable. Couldn’t get any closer to restaurants and pubs right outside the main door of the building. Tracy the host was great anything we needed wasn’t a problem . She also found me a place to park my car so anyone worried about parking don’t ... WE WILL 100% BE BACK

Exceptional

The location is in the heart of Bowness which we found ideal as parked the car in a nearby council carpark and then could then enjoy the bars which were directly outside he apartment. The information email was very informative, with good directions and details of various carparks. The apartment was very clean, great kitchen was well stocked. Very comfortable bed . Would definitely book again

Bowness stay

Perfect location in Bowness and a lovely modern feel to the apartment.

Glasses in the cupboard were dirty and there was no grill pan in the oven for breakfast. It didn't matter as we just went out for breakfast instead which was lovely. The panel under the fridge was hanging off too. Also very noisy early on a morning with the cleaning etc going on in the bars over the road, can't be helped obviously but was annoying and you couldn't hear the bars that loud when they were open! Something to consider if a lie in is what your after! Just one of those things. The hallway and stairs could do with a lock of paint too. Feels like maybe not worth the price however it was ideal for what we needed.

Excellent location to get to ,boats buses trains .

The apartment was lovely and clean ample size with everything included that was needed,etc iron,board,hair dryer,straighteners,towels.

The shower had little pressure but it was ample for our washing facilities.

Perfectly designed apartment suitable for a couple for a short stay, spotlessly clean and central location.

Lovely little apartment in a great central location, everything you need for a short stay, highly recommended.

Central location Clean Perfect extra little touches e.g. slippers, chocolates, Prosecco Although no on site parking the public car park is a 2 minute walk with very reasonable rates £18 for 3 days, come and go as much as you want.

Noisy late on from restaurant/bar opposite if the windows are open (not too late though)

A modern well appointed room with kitchen and ensuite bathroom. Centrally located in Windermere.

3 flights of steps - tricky lugging bags up and down. Bar opposite very noisy at night. No seating in room apart from small bar stools. No bathroom shaver charger point, no shelf in shower. Nothing to do with room but a massive altercation between man and woman outside our room at just before midnight - seemed a fall out but left us a bit concerned.

Excellent value for a well designed and equipped compact apartment right in the centre of Bowles’s

central location compact immaculate room very well laid out and well equipped excellent appliances . it’s very lively at night as you’re very close to bars and restaurants but we stayed up after midnight ourselves so didn’t interfere with our enjoyment You need strong legs to climb the stairs to the room

Comfy, well presented, well equipped, clean, great location. Great communication from the property regards access. Very quiet - we had been concerned that there may be noise from bars and restaurants but there were no issues, we slept like logs! Handy having Netflix available too!

Welcome break in a great location convenient for other South Lakes destinations

Clean, well equipped high spec studio with welcome pack in a very convenient location. After initial difficulty, the host was very accommodating and helpful, even returning a charger cable that we had left.

Initial difficulty accessing the property as instructions hadn't been received. This was rectified and the stay wasn't affected in a negative way

Great for a short stay for couples - communication from host needs improving.

Fantastic location, couldn’t be more central in Bowness. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped for a short break for couples.

We didn’t receive any information on how to check in, the keys were in a lock box but we weren’t sent the code and had to call the host multiple times when we arrived before getting an answer. Completely understand mistakes can happen but as it’s a pay in advance property it did have us slightly worried.
