About this house rental
Suite “Friesland” is our largest suite and its design offers a wonderful combination of cozy Nordic flair and straightforward design. The whole room is covered with parquet. The living, eating, working and sleeping areas are housed in a 60 sqm all-room. A comfortable double bed and a pull-out sofa offer sleeping facilities for up to three people. From an occupancy of three people, the rental price increases by € 10.00 per night. A spacious desk workstation with free internet access via WLAN is at your disposal, as well as a stereo and TV. The kitchenette, which has a coffee machine, microwave, two hot plates and a refrigerator, ensures your personal flexibility and freedom. The bright bathroom has a shower and hairdryer. Bed linen and towel service are included in the rental price. All suites are non-smoking suites and have free internet access. The suite is housed in a wonderful old farmhouse. The house is located in the countryside in the middle of the local recreation area Kronsberg in the suburb of Wülferode and can still be described as close to the city. Thanks to the excellent transport links to the A7 and A2 motorways, the expressways and the public transport network, you can reach the exhibition center in ten minutes and the city center in twenty minutes. Super charming and cozy, well-appointed studio! Marie has thought of everything, and then some! The photos do not do it justice! This is a beautiful, bucolic spot not far from the hustle and bustle of Hanover, that makes you feel like you're staying in the countryside. Marie is lovely to deal with, and was very accommodating to our schedule. And there is just the loveliest garden!

Wir haben uns in der schönen Ferienwohnung sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei der Ankunft würden wir herzlich empfangen, ein Obstkorb und Wasser standen für uns zur Verfügung. Bei 35° stellte uns Familie Emde noch einen Ventilator in die Wohnung und Liegestühle in den Gartenbereich. Vielen lieben Dank noch einmal dafür. Der Bus fährt halbstündlich vor der Haustür bis zur S-Bahn-Station- also konnten wir unser Auto mal 3 Tage stehen lassen. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

Die Wohnung ist im Grunde ein großer Wohnraum (natürlich mit seperaten Bad), liebevoll eingerichtet und gepflegt. Es gibt genügend Platz für längere Aufenthalte (allerdings kein Herd, nur Kochplatten). Die Lage ist super, von hier kann man vieles in Hannover schnell und bequem erreichen (mit einem Auto!), es ist ruhig und idyllisch. WLAN steht zur Verfügung allerdings verbindet sich der Smart TV nicht (wahrscheinlich Gäste-Wlan Einschränkungen).
Das Bett ist sehr erholsam, auch gute Verdunklung des Raumes.
Arbeiten und Papierkram am ausgestatteten Schreibtisch bequem möglich. Ausreichend Steckdosen und Licht.
Würden wir wieder buchen und weiter empfehlen.
