The location is very good, quite central - opposite the tram station. Lots of local shops and restaurants close by and Hannover city centre 17min on tram. The flat appears to be newly renovated and was very stylish.
As the flat is close to Meyers Garten, there is a lot of noise during the night from late nights out as well as busy roads.

Tolle kleine FeWo, super eingerichtet, richtig viel Platz. Gut angebunden an U-Bahn und Bus, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Ringsherum Apotheke und Drogerie, Supermarkt und guter Bäcker, um sich direkt zu versorgen.😁 Sogar ein Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage ist vorhanden.
Der kleine Balkon ist Zucker, direkt in den Baumkronen.. leider ist es an dieser Straßenecke rund um die Uhr ziemlich laut.

Die Wohnung an sich war echt klasse. Vom wasserkocher bis zum Bügelbrett alles da. Klasse Badezimmer und Küche und der Balkon. Auch dass mir schnell geantwortet wurde auf meine Frage find ich klasse
Eine genauere Beschreibung wo die Schlüsselbox ist. Vllt noch einen 2. Sessel
