The Ocean Pearl was perfect for us as two couples. Pool was a welcome end-of-day relaxation spot. Very clean, well-equipped (though we cooked very little). Convenient to Cruz Bay-5-10 minute drive. Caribbean Villas was very helpful and responsive. A great vacation!

I filtered my search for properties with whole house AC, I checked this several times, but somehow missed the fact that only the bedrooms have AC. (Our rental last year did not have whole house AC and it was miserable. So that was very important to us.) My fault for not checking thoroughly. Ceiling fans, a fan, and "the caribbean breeze" is not enough to make it comfortable in the living areas, esp if you plan to cook...pack a cooler, apply sunscreen, etc. "Beautiful Views overlooking Cruz Bay Harbor" is a stretch. There is one area of the house and deck where you can get a glimpse of the ocean. It is well landscaped, which creates privacy. But it is nice to have an unobstructed "Beautiful view" of the Caribbean. The spiral staircase was kind of fun, but precariously steep. Better than having to use the outside staircase to access bedrooms. Not for children, or adults with any mobility issues. The shower in one of the bedrooms has rust stain, which looks like blood. It definitely has not been thoroughly cleaned in a while. There was a nice layer of dust/grime on most surfaces, along w/an ant farm in Kitchen. It is minimal; but convenient & well priced. Property Managment was very responsive & helpful. There were only 2 beach chairs, for 3 of us, they bought another & got it to me. They also accepted a FedEx delivery, for me, and brought it to the house. I, personally, would not choose to stay here again; but it served it's purpose and we had a great stay.
