Das Haus ist in einem Top gepflegten Zustand. Der Garten ist komplett umzäunt. Das Haus ist in kompletter Alleinlage, wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen. Nach Trogir muss man 20 Minuten fahren. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist ideal. Wer im Urlaub einen Fernseher braucht ist hier falsch. Es gibt nur ZDF. Wir brauchen keinen im Urlaub. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich.

Wir haben in diesem Ferienhaus einen tollen und ruhigen erholsamen Urlaub genossen. Das Grundstück, der Pool und das Haus sind in einem gepflegten Zustand. Für uns war auch wichtig das wir useren Hund mitnehmen konnten und er hatte in dem komplett eingezäunten Grundstück genügend Auslauf gehabt. WLAN und Sat-TV (leider nur ZDF) haben einwandfrei funktioniert und wie bereits erwähnt war der Pool sauber und auch groß gewesen. Das schönste war es morgens die Tür zur Terasse zu öffnen und gleich den Ausblick auf die Weinlaube mit Pool zu geniesen. Der größte Teil der Fläche ums Haus und am Pool ist mit Natusteinen gefliesst, was optisch einfach einen herrlichen Eindruck hinter lässt. Ein großer Grillraum ist auch vorhanden, der sich bei dieser Größe für uns beide nicht gelohnt hat. Die Lage vom Haus ist leider etwas weit vom Meer (was wir aber auch wussten) aber dafür ist es auch sehr ruhig gelegen (was uns auch nicht gestört hat). Das Haus ist (meine ich) mit 3 Sternen bewertet, was aber durchaus auch schon am Vierten Stern kratzt.
Fazit - Wer ein Haus zum Erholen mit Komfort sucht, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.
