About this house rental
Luxury house Penic-Bakovici is situated in picturesque village of Primorski dolac in Dalmatian Hinterland. House is surrounded with untouched nature, vineyards, authentic stone houses. House property is enclosed and provides you with privacy and quietness. Its distant 29 minutes from Trogir (UNESCO city, Ciovo beaches), and 50 minutes drive from Split (Diocletian's Palace).
Residential object has an area of 140m2 and is divided into two floors: ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor you can find fully equipped kitchen (kettle, toaster, food processor, cooking stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge), dining and living room (all open concept), covered with large conditioning unit and bathroom with washing machine. Living room has satellite TV (flat screen), fire place, sitting area witch couch as accessory bed, large book collection and various games for children and adults. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds (in one couch as accessory bed) with exit to the balcony and 1 with two single beds. Rooms are equipped with spare bed settings for each bed and two towels per person. House has wine cellar where you can taste domestic Dalmatian wines.
House is surrounded with large fenced property. It has private swimming pool on three levels perfect for all ages, swimmers, non swimmers and children. It has outdoor shower and terrace with deck chairs for sunbathing or just relaxing.
The outdoor space also has a garden with lavander, sage, immortelle and other typical Dalmatian plants, second terrace equipped with garden furniture and children playground with swings and a slide. Property also include small soccer court where you can also play battledore and shuttlecock, baseball or some other sport if you have equipment. If you want to experience something local, you can try playing balote .We can offer you private parking for 3 cars but there is also space for more.

We had a brilliant stay in this family friendly villa. The small village is a bit off the beaten track so having a car is a must for exploring the lovely area. Following a delightfully warm welcome from the hosts we found the villa to be a perfect to spot to relax. With children aged from 3 to 11 the pool could not have been better and the garden in general was a joy with a loads of space and interest, lots of shade throughout the day, charming pergolas and tranquility. The bedroom aircon was a must for us and all the mattresses were especially comfortable. The kitchen is really well equipped with great provision for food storage and fridge and freezer space.
This was a great base to explore the Dalmatian coast and Krka National Park. We’d happily come back to this part of Croatia and indeed this villa.
