The beautiful, large (3.5 x 7 m) pool invites you to swim and play. A large garden with playground is also available for sunbathing or playing. Ideally, you can enjoy the sun all day long. The pavilion and the sun island provide the necessary shade on the adjacent cozy terrace.
In the kitchen you will find everything you need for a relaxing holiday: dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, fridge freezer .....
The bathroom has a lighted rain shower for a great refreshment.
Velvet paws welcome. Property completely fenced. (10 euros per night)
The large 55 '' TV in the living room is 3D capable, here also provides a pinball machine for a lot of fun.
Wi-Fi is available for a fee of 2.50 euros per day.
The price includes for 2 people bed linen and towels and bathrobe.
If you wish we can provide you with a laundry package (bed linen, towels, bathrobe, etc.) for 15 euros per pets. Everything ready for you if desired.)
In the house there are 2 apartments.
The pool is exclusively for the guests of these apartments.
The pool is open from 1 May to 31 September.

We were staying here for the Challenge Roth triathlon. The location was ideal, only a short drive to the various venues. The small village was immaculately clean and well kept and extremely quiet. It was a very peaceful stay. The swimming pool and backyard lounging area was very nice.
Access to this apartment was very easy from Munich airport. All the roads and highways around the area are very easy to drive and navigate.

Wir waren im Juli 2022 hier und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vor allem haben wir uns auch vom Alltagsstress erholt.
Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut (deutlich besser als wo anders) und der Pool natürlich genial.
Der Vermieter möchte dass man sich wohl fühlt, das merkt man deutlich.
Daher hier nochmals vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub.
