About this apartment rental

The apartment is located. 1 Floor of a completely renovated building. 1 twin bedroom, 2 single bedrooms (cot can be supplied), large living room, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, etc. *** Bathroom with shower and toilet, hallway with cloakroom. All rooms and the living room are equipped with new flat TV set with satellite TV, Wi-Fi is free in the entire apartment. Each room has its own telephone line with flat rate to German landlines. Pool, lawn, garden furniture and barbecue invite you to the 1500 m² premises in the summertime. The apartment has a unique view on the bordering forest. The location is very quiet in your dead end, but still conveniently located, 5 km respectively to the A6 and A8 motorways, 5 minutes walk to bus and train, 3 km from the nearest premium hiking. Shopping and entertainment options are plentiful, as are restaurants with various cuisines.

Peter the property owner met us at the door and was very polite. The apartment was upstairs but very easy access and was very beautiful.

Although our stay was short, we checked in very late at night, Peter and his wife Ursula greeted us as though we were family. Peter was very kind and he explained all the details of the apartment with us, and showed us around the apartment. We felt very comfortable staying there, will book again, but for a longer stay….

Nice apartment

We have arrived at the location and the host welcomed us and showed us the property and explained everything needed. The apartment is cosy and easily suits a family with two children as there are three bedrooms ensuring plenty of privacy. The bathroom is modern as the entire apartment and the kitchen is fully equipped. Parking on the street is no problem. Fully recommend to stay here.

Die Wohnung ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet, alles war nahezu neu und sehr sauber. Außerdem hat sie einen tollen Garten, inkl. Grill und Pool - ein Highlight für unsere Kinder! Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns von der 1. Minute an total wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt gerne mal wieder ins Saarland :)

Sehr schöne ruhige Wohnung in der es an nichts fehlt. Die sehr netten Vermieter leben im Erdgeschoss und sind sehr hilfsbereit. Wir waren leider nur für 2 Übernachtungen, aus familiären Gründen, vor Ort. In der Corona Zeit ist/war diese Art der Unterbringung für uns die beste Alternative. Einer längeren Buchung würde aus unserer Sicht nichts im Wege stehen.

Eine sehr schön Ferienwohnung, in der jeder sein eigenes Zimmer hatte. Ebenso war die Wohnung technisch auf dem neuesten Stand. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt, dass wir auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Es war eine Woche der Auszeit! Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich und immer ansprechbar für uns.

Een heerlijk appartement om in te verblijven. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. De eigenaars zijn heel aardig en je kunt alles aan ze vragen. Er is een apart gedeelte bij het zwembad waar je kunt zitten, wat ook prettig is. In de buurt zijn veel mooie wandelgebieden.

Die Ferienwohnung ist voll ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Die Gastgeber sind superfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Die gesamte Anlage ist groß und sehr sauber. Der beheizte Pool ist das Highlight. Wir haben noch nie eine so tolle Ferienwohnung gesehen.

Es war eine absolut traumhafte Woche! Die Gastgeber sind so nett, herzlich und hilfsbereit und haben sowohl die Wohnung als auch den Gartenbereich so wunderbar gestaltet, dass wir uns rundum wohl gefühlt haben! Vielen vielen Dank! Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Man weiß nicht, wovon man mehr beeindruckt ist, von der Wohnung, dem Garten mit Pool oder der Gastfreundschaft der Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt, auch in der Küche. Der Garten lässt bodenständigen Gartenliebhabern das Herz höher schlagen: Ziergarten, Nutzgarten, Bauerngarten, Rasenfläche mit Pool, eine Terrasse mit mediterranem Touch, mit schöner Beleuchtung und alles "gut in Schuss"! Getoppt wird das ganze nur noch durch die herzliche Art der Vermieter. Sei es bei der Getränkeversorgung, beim gemeinsamen Grillabend, oder ganz einfach "nur so".. Die Crepes Suzette waren "formidable"!!!! Für Wohnung und Garten mit Pool gibt´s 5 Sterne, der 6. Stern geht an Ursula und Peter. Vielen Dank für den tollen (coronabedingten Ersatz-) Urlaub!

Wir waren für ein verlängertes Wochenende in dieser Ferienwohnung und waren sehr zufrieden. Ursula und Peter sind sehr nette Gastgeber und ihre Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und konnten immer weiterhelfen. Brötchen gibt es direkt an der Haustür. Ein Bäckerauto schaut täglich vorbei.

Door Peter en Ursula zijn wij zeer hartelijk ontvangen, tevens tijdens ons verblijf veel tips ontvangen over bezienswaardigheden, restaurants, etc. Peter en Ursula zijn erg vriendelijke / behulpzame mensen die er alles aan doen om de vakantie zo plezierig mogelijk te maken. De accommodatie is werkelijk perfect, deze is erg schoon en werkelijk alles is aanwezig. De kinderen hebben zich ook erg vermaakt in de tuin en het zwembad. Heerlijke vakantie gehad, vanaf deze locatie veel ondernomen, in de regio is erg veel te zien. Nogmaals Peter en Ursula bedankt voor de heerlijke vakantie!!

Perfecte ontvangst door eigenaar en zijn echtgenote en geeft je tips over bezienswaardigheden en uitgaansgelegenheden. Het appartement is prachtig met alles erop en eraan en bevind zich in een bosrijke omgeving. Er is een heerlijke bakker in de buurt maar er komt ook nog om 08:00 uur een 'SRV' wagen langs waar je ook brood kunt kopen. Vanwege het mindere weer geen gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad maar deze zag er samen met de grote tuin prima uit! Kortom aanrader!

Aanrader. Prachtige woning met alles der op en der aan. Zeer aardige verhuurders. Groot zwembad met terras, waarvan we veelvuldig gebruik hebben gemaakt ivm met de hoge buiten temperaturen. Geweldige omgeving als je houd van natuur of mountainbiken. Ook onze dochter van 13 heeft zich goed vermaakt, dit mede door de snelle wifi in en om het huis. kortom top locatie.

De woning is modern en ziet er verzorgd uit. LET WEL!!! Dit betreft de bovenverdieping en niet het hele huis. De tuin (met zwembad) is van de eigenaar maar mag mede gebruikt worden door de huurders. De keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien, magnetron, oven, (halogeen) kookplaat, afzuigkap en vaatwasser. De badkamer heeft een nette (regen) douche, teven zijn hier het toilet en de wastafel gesitueerd. Modern en in nieuwstaat.Alles is netjes en zeer schoon. De eigenaren zijn heel hartelijk en ondanks dat we ze nog nooit gezien hadden werden we onthaald als vrienden. Nog voor we goed en wel de sleutel van het huis kregen werd ons eerst een biertje aangeboden en werd er vriendelijk uitleg gegeven over het huis en de omgeving. Hij kan zijn gasten voorzien van handige tips, leuke ideeën voor uitjes en heeft voor iedere keuken een goed restaurant in z'n geheugen zitten. Je geniet als gast een goede combinatie van zowel hartelijkheid als privé.

Super schöne großzügige Wohnung mit einer perfekten Ausstattung! Klasse Wohlfühloase. Besonders möchte ich die Gastfreundlichkeit von Ursular und Peter hervorheben! Schon bei Ankunft in der Ferienwohnung war es sehr herzlich und freundlich. Nette Gespräche Abends im Garten. Selbst eine Einladung zum grillen blieb nicht aus. Leider konnte ich dies nicht annehmen da ich geschäftlich abends lange eingebunden war. Sehr zu empfehlen und ich werde definitiv wieder kommen.
