Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich, die Übergabe des Schlüssels sehr unkompliziert und es gibt Parkplätze vor der Wohnung. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und Bad und Küche recht modern und gut ausgestattet. Für den Preis eine sehr gute Leistung.
Insgesamt war die Wohnung sauber, vor allem die Küche und das Schlafzimmer, allerdings schienen einzelne Stellen schlicht vergessen worden zu sein, was ärgerlich war, aber selbst noch behoben werden konnte. Und ich persönlich bin zwar etwas sensibel, was die Härte von Matratzen angeht, aber eine so harte Matratze habe ich noch nie erlebt, selbst das Unterlegen von Decken zur Polsterung hat wenig geholfen.

Für unsere Zwecke war es ideal. Wir haben für mehrere Personen eine gemeinsame Unterkunft für 1 Nacht gesucht.
Die Lage für einen Urlaub finde ich nicht ideal, da in der Nähe von Silos (Ausblick), doch uns hat es für den Kurzaufenthalt nicht gestört.

Lage in einer Sackgasse nahe eines Kraftwerks. Treppenhaus wenig einladend, Lichtschalter kaputt. Wände kahl, z. T. schmutzig Lieblos eingerichtet. Bad riecht, Waschbecken kaputt Rauchmelder jault (wahrscheinlich Batterie leer) Bett quietscht Kein Sofa, kein Sessel
