About this house rental
Ideal, family, vacation spot centrally located at oceanfront and 78th Street in an uncrowded section of Ocean City. Not near a high rise section. Four oceanfront decks. Walk directly onto the beach from the lower deck. Four parking spaces. Two oceanfront bedrooms with king-size beds. Two other bedrooms: one with queen-size and single bed, one with double and single. Nicely furnished and well maintained. Two sleeping floors each with full bath. Well suited for extended families or two families. 1/2 bath off the dining room, Washer dryer, wireless high speed internet and flatscreen TV’s in every room.
Beach chairs ( 4-6 ) boogie boards and children’s sand toys available. Gas grill.
We rent to families only, no groups. We do not rent to high school seniors , sorry.

The home was perfect for a big family vacation. Being so close to the beach was super convenient with little ones needing to run back and forth frequently. There was plenty of space for everyone and multiple large balconies. Sandy was very helpful and responsive.

The townhouse has beautiful views and was very clean. The owner was very friendly and communicated with me right away with any questions. It is a great place to stay with family. Close to everything.

The house is decorated nicely with lots of beach decor. It is centrally located so it's great for going down to the OC Boardwalk or going up to Fenwick Island and Bethany Beach. The best feature is the 3 decks with the beautiful view of the ocean and the easy access to the beach. So convenient especially for a family. I'd definitely stay here again.
