Distance to the beach. A very short walk around the corner, and within 5 minutes you're on the beach. It was also nice because there was a bus stop right outside for the days you wanted to hit the boardwalk or go anywhere else. The staff was very cool. It was nice that it's all one floor and no steps. If it were given a little TLC, I would probably go back sometime.
I didn't like that we had to pay a cleaning fee, when we had to clean it ourselves upon arrival. There was a Keurig coffee machine, but it was dirty. The actual coffee maker, there was no pot for it. The sheets on the one bed were stained pretty bad. There was sand all over the floor from the previous tenants. Shower heads need replaced, one was barely a mist, the other was sharp beads or torture water.
