Claudia and Daniel through their hard work and vision offer an outstanding Weserbergland holiday rental in the bucolic 175 person hamlet of Wennenkamp just 9km south of 27,000 person Rinteln which offers all services and a delightful centrum with authentic fachwerk or half timbered buildings. As Canadians on a 7.5 week self planned independent cycling holiday this rental offered provided an oasis for cycling forays on the ADFC 4 star rated Weser River cycling path with its gorgeous scenery, superb signage and delightful towns. The rental is incredibly spacious offering 1200 square feet of renovated space with a huge living room, 2 large bedrooms, a solarium to die for and a stellar view of Weserbergland from Frikenhop…the street where the rental is located. Few Europeans get to live like this let alone 2 Canadians on their 9th trip to Germany and 23 rd trip to Europe for independent self planned cycling forays. Most of all it is the kindness and generosity of Claudia and Daniel that stand out…their superb standards and the gift they gave us of being able to live in Wennenkamp for 10 days and be witness to rural Niedersachsen life…..a privilege and opportunity never to be forgotten in a fortunate Euro life of over 150 holiday rentals in 23 years of coming to Europe. Highly recommended…a unique offering strategically located close to Hameln and the wealthy spa town of Bad Pyrmont that beckon your exploration. Its people like Claudia and Daniel that make our Euro dreams come true.

Staying at Claudia's home was a very good experience, the house is comfortable, has a nice ambience and has everything you need for a longer stay in Rinteln. Location is great, beautiful landscapes and nice old towns. I recomment this homeaway to everyone looking for a great time in Germany. Also our kids enjoyed themselves very much!
