About this house rental
Sleeps 8 in a quaint cottage in rural setting. Centrally located 7 miles from Hunting Island State Park or Historic Beaufort, SC. And if you are a military family in town for Graduation, that's only 11 miles away! When you're done taking in the town or ready to rinse off from the beach, come to the cottage and put your feet up. Enjoy outdoor seating in the shade of oak trees during the day or light the firepit come nightfall and relax while you sit and talk about your day. Any way you look at it, memories will be made.
Feb/March 2019 we did an upgrade to the water heater. The house now has a larger capacity 50 gal tank.
July 2019 new terra cotta tile patio with sun shade.

We stayed here for a family fishing trip and it was a great stay and communication from owner was excellent and the house was clean and accommodating. Had a great time would recommend!!!

This was an excellent getaway that fulfilled our needs. All areas of the stay were clean. However, these areas need some improvement. The side screendoor latch was broken, and some dusting is needed on the shelves.

The location was centrally located to all surrounding areas. The house could have more area or storage for a guest's clothing. We basically had to live out of our suitcase because even the closets had items in them. The closet in the one bedroom was locked so couldn't use it at all. Kitchen was very well stocked with cooking equipment which made it nice for fixing dinner. We enjoyed walking everyday in the neighborhood.
