Villa Ani:
Modern, Mediterranean, brand new and by the sea.
For an entrepreneur from southern Germany, Villa Ani has made her dream of a house by the sea come true. Just under 100 m from the crystal clear sea in Marina di Ostuni, Patricia calls the inspiring, attractive Villa Ani her own.
The light-flooded, small holiday home was just completed in early 2016. The vacation home, designed by an architect, is delighted with its clear, puristic lines of a modern Mediterranean style. The small garden, adorned with lemon and fig trees, an olive tree and palm trees, underlines the southern ambience and spreads the relaxing scent of white jasmine. Whether a cappuccino at the garden table or a good book on the sun lounger, you can relax on the veranda.
The interior is characterized by a simple, casual look. The living rooms are presented in light tones: white painted walls and a white open kitchen alternate with the pastel color of the large fridge and the powdery cream of the dining table chairs. A large flat screen television is attached above it. We basically offer the domicile for 4 people. If explicitly requested, the pull-out sofa bed in the living room can accommodate 2 more people.
In both bedrooms you will find built-in closets. The iron double bed looks light and airy. The oil painting depicting New York comes from a Hundertwasser student.

The domicile impresses with the generously designed roof terrace with a refreshing sea view. A small cast-iron bistro table with seating area invites you to have a morning breakfast with a view. The sun loungers on the terrace also promise a good mood.
A nice dinner with Apulian specialties by candlelight on the roof terrace, in the company of family or good friends, turns the holiday into a holiday.
You can get freshly caught fish at the picturesque fishing port of Villanova, which can be reached in less than 10 minutes on foot. You will also find restaurants, pizzerias and bars, supermarket and pharmacy. The coastline of Diana Marina is characterized by sandy beach bays, which are framed by rocks.

Alles prima. Der „Hausstrand“ ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt, das Haus samt Gartenanlage war sehr schön, die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war kaum zu überbieten. Sehr freundlich, super schnelle Reaktion und vor allem sehr engagiert.
Wir können es definitiv empfehlen!!!!

Neue, sehr saubere Wohnung mit Gartensitzplatz und wunderschöner Dachterrasse mit Meersicht. Eine Hängematte, Liegestühle und eine Lounge waren super für die Erholung und zum Geniessen. Ein paar Autominuten entfernt von wunderschönen Stränden, aber auch auch in der Nähe von vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten.
Es hat einen Supermarkt und eine sehr feine Bäckerei in Gehdistanz.
Leider funktionierte das WLAN nicht immer tadellos.
Die Betreuerin und die Nachbaren waren sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Leider mussten wir uns am Anfang mit vielen Kleinigkeiten rumärgern, die in der Summe einfach nervig waren.
Toilettendeckel, Geschirr einfachst und unvollständig, Fernseher nicht nutzbar, Aussenmöbel defekt und unvollständig,
Nur zwei Plattenherd, Pflanzlöcher mit Spanplatten bedeckt, Müllentsorgung unklar.
Verwalterin und Vermieterin waren nett und bemüht, aber ...
