Communication was excellent. House was private, two AC, opening with dows & doors to outside. Large & rooms, good bathroom. Easy walk to old town, neighbourhood shops including cafe and supermarket.
For the price the place is quite good. It would be handy to have a microwave and the bed mattress could be upgraded.

The terrace stairs could be a bit more comfortable.

The location is great. I loved the fact that this property has a terrace.
The place is nicely decorated, although i strongly advice the property management to get rid of the peeling sofa and the storage boxes which are in very poor condition.

No internet or reception from inside the property. My fault for not reading the property description properly, but i also did not expect to be completely out of reach
