About this house rental
House of 85 m2 fully renovated for 6 people in the heart of the Champagne vineyards.
The village is located 5 minutes from the Bezannes TGV station, 5 minutes from Leclerc Champfleury shopping center and 15 minutes from the center of Reims.
You can find a bread machine on the village square.
The house includes:
1 living room with television, 3 seater sofa, ottoman and rocking chairs,
1 kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric hob, fridge and freezer and all the necessary crockery for 6 people and a dining area.
1 bedroom with dressing room and 1 double bed 140X190
1 bedroom with dressing room and 2 single beds 90X190
1 entrance with a sofa BZ 140X190
1 separate WC
Free WIFI
The beds will be made upon arrival, you will also find towels in the bathroom furniture.
The house and the kitchen should be made clean as you arrived.
For 15 € extra for the stay, I put at your disposal an umbrella bed with its changing table, a bathtub, a baby chair and for older children, a bed rail, a toilet reducer, a high chair and covered plates in plastic .
You will also find board games.
Outside, you will find a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue to relax on sunny days.
The house is located down the road, you will access by a grass path next to the family vineyards.
As a winemaker, it is with pleasure that we will offer you a bottle of champagne for any stay of 4 nights or more.

We stopped for one night on our way home, very clean and comfy beds. The outdoor space was a bit tired but had a lovely view of the vineyards and it would be a lovely area to explore further

This property was a lovely country location for part of our Mother-Daughter adventure (5 women in our traveling party)! Be sure to enter the address carefully as you navigate - I was 2 letters off and it was late at night and we ended up in the wrong village! But once we found the property we were very happy with the beauty of the area and serene environment. My mother is 75 and has some mobility challenges, so we were extra careful in helping her in and out of the property as there is a fairly steep path leading to the gates you enter when you arrive. There are also a few steps to navigate in and out of the property. I particularly enjoyed walking around the village and to the neighboring village as the sun rose our first morning there. Even in November it was absolutely beautiful! You may want to stop for groceries before you arrive (especially if you are driving in late like we did). We purchased and enjoyed a bottle of the vineyard's champagne! I definitely recommend this property!

le gîte est bien situé dans les vignes au calme. Il est bien grand et bien aménagé ,idéal pour se retrouver en famille. L'entrée et la sortie se font en autonomie. Nous avons rencontré un soucis d'odeur nauséabonde dans la pièce principale ou un couple a dû malheureusement dormir. Pas de solution apportée par la propriétaire à ce problème et ça a bien gâché le séjour de nous tous avec l'appréhension de se rendre dans cette cuisine ouverte.... Dommage!
