About this house rental
Remodeled Vacation Home with Large Deck. Weekly rental or split weeks also available. ( 3-4 days minimum.) July 4th week requires one week minimum rent. Weeks run Saturday to Saturday. Short walk from shoreline (approximately 700 feet through Washington Park. Many local attractions within walking distance including Beach, Park, Playground, Zoo. Short drive or walk to Outlet Mall and Casino. Many summer activities and events. Boating, swimming, fishing and jet-skiing. Many Fall events including wine tasting, fruit picking and Notre Dame Football games.

Kitchen, wi-fi, bedrooms were all excellent. Lighting situation in living room could use some work. Access to beach was excellent - short walk to path to beach from Washington Park. I did not test out pullout couches. Room to park 2 cars on street in front of house. Other parking not far. No surprises. I would rent again.

This is a super cute house in a great location. We walked to the beach, the zoo, and a couple restaurants. It is well appointed for cooking as well.

This was a clean, adorable cottage in an excellent location! We loved being near Washington Park and felt very safe in this neighborhood. Because of new construction, the lake isn’t visible from the property, which isn’t a negative, just something to be aware of. It’s a short, scenic walk to the beach. We loved this house and the area! We had a wonderful stay!

Property was good and easy to access. It was close to all the places we wanted to visit and the neighborhood was quiet. It was a little worn down and could use some updating but we were overall very happy with our stay.
