Modern Beach Condo!

The property location is great (across the street from Delhaize and a short walk from paid parking) and excellent location to see the Shrimp Fishermen. It’s decorated very well. It was so nice to have a kitchen. The fold out sofa was the best I have ever slept on! Peter was quick to respond, very kind, and communicated very well.

We had a lovely stay but unfortunately there are a few things that I feel need to be mentioned to prepare for your stay. You need to pick up keys from another location that is 2km drive or tram ride (allow an hour for timetable). The photos are not exactly correct. The building is not facing the water (it’s the side of this building although you can see the beach from an angle. (An arrow on the photo might clear this up). You pay additionally to have sheets and towels. The pool is a public pool that wanted us to pay.

Exceptional

Our family very much enjoyed the 3 nights stay in this nice, spacious, well equipped and comfortable apartment on the 7th floor, located directly on the beach, with a lateral view at the sea from the living room and the huge (!) master bedroom. Families with kids may also appreciate the sand toys and board-games (we did :-) ). In any case, everything you need is in a very short walking distance from this apartment (including a supermarket that is just across the street). The owner is very pleasant, helpful and flexible. We especially appreciated the kind possibility of a very late check out on the day of departure as there were no new guests coming on that day. We would definitely recommend this host and his apartment to everyone!

Friend reunion in a good seaside location

Excellent location. Beach and promenade at the door step with bakeries, shops and restaurants within 1 min walk. Spacious appartment and pleasant living space, lovely decorated. Sea view from main bedroom and living room is a plus. Comfortable bedding. Very good wifi connection. Affordable long term car park only a few min walk from the building. Heating very efficient (welcomed as weather was super windy and cold the week end we were there)

Bedlinen and towels not provided (including no teatowel, no washing up soap). No bin bag. Bathroom and kitchen could do with being more thoroughly cleaned, incl inside cupboards and fridge. Struggled to get hot water in day 3.

Goede locatie. Oostduinkerke is een rustig dorp met een kleinschalige dorpskern. Gezellig appartement met zijzicht op zee. Prima en duidelijke communicatie met "Peter".

De aanduiding van de ingang naar de garage is minder zichtbaar. Een nipte parkeerplaats. De hygiëne kon beter. De poets was "oppervlakkig" gebeurd.

Tolle Wohnung in perfekter Lage – wir kommen wieder!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Peters Apartment! Die Wohnung ist sehr modern, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und super ausgestattet. Besonders die zentrale Lage ist ein großes Plus – Supermarkt, Bäcker, Waschsalon und viele Geschäfte sind direkt um die Ecke, und auch der Strand ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Vom Wohnzimmer aus hat man einen wunderschönen seitlichen Meerblick – besonders bei Sonnenuntergang einfach traumhaft. Die Schlafmöglichkeiten waren sehr komfortabel, und auch der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und bereits für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht!

Wir hatten nicht viel auszusetzen. Durch die zentrale Lage bekommt man natürlich etwas vom Stadtleben mit – besonders an Abenden mit Veranstaltungen kann es etwas lauter werden. Für absolute Ruhesuchende vielleicht wichtig zu wissen, für uns aber kein Problem. Teilweise war die sehr passende Ausstattung wie zB Teller, oder Gläser defekt. Sie war dennoch ausreichend und für uns kein Problem.

op een paar puntjes na een fijn verblijf.

locatie was top. nabijheid van strand, winkels en tramhalte was interessant.

Ramen openzetten om te verluchten was moeilijk omdat er geen muggenramen zijn. Dit kan perfect in een schuifraam. Mijn vriend kwam een dag later op. Gelukkig want die heeft nog een ventilator kunnen meebrengen. Dit is echt de aanschaf waard. Ik had het anders geen dag langer uitgehouden in de hitte . Een klokje in de woonkamer zou ik ook overwegen zodat je niet voortdurend op je telefoon moet kijken.

Top locatie, mooi ruim appartement en schoon!

De parkeergarage is maar 1.95m hoog met een knik erin omdat je naar beneden gaat. Wij hebben een normaal formaat auto en hadden een dakkoffer bij, dit ging dus niet. Een heel gedoe omdat deze eraf gehaald moest worden+ inhoudt. En je gaat een dure dakkoffer ook niet in die garage laten liggen dus die hebben we naar ons appartement moeten sjouwen. Dit had van tevoren wel vermeld mogen worden!

Zeer mooi zeezicht. Vlak aan het strand met een supermarkt over de deur.

De living is mooi ingericht en het appartement is goed uitgerust maar enkele zaken zijn wel aan vernieuwing toe (vb hoofdkussen). Enkele lichten werkten niet en de ventilatie in de badkamer ook niet.

Lage direkt am Strand und nah an Einzelhandel.

Nachts war es echt laut am Wochenende wegen feiernder Menschen aus der angrenzenden Kneipe. Auch auf der angrenzenden Straße wurde nachts gerast.
