Vip Bergamo Rooms

For value for money, this was an excellent place to stay. After booking, I was a little concerned by some of the reviews and worried that I might struggle to get into the property, especially as I was arriving late and travelling alone with my son. However, the entry instructions were very clear and easy to follow, and we had no problems finding the building or our room. I was pleasantly surprised by the accommodation itself. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed, and I particularly enjoyed having the small balcony at the front where I could relax with my morning cup of tea. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely stay here again.

The property is in a very central part of Bergamo, everything is close by. Bergamo central train Station is only an 8-10 minute walk, and from there you can easily take the bus to the airport with just 3€ (just behind MacDonalds), Cafés, restaurant, the shopping markets, and supermarkets are all nearby. The room covers all basic needs: it is clean, bright, has a nice bathroom, a hairdryer, a kettle, and the linens smell wonderful.”

When I finally reached the manager, he hung up after about 30 seconds, which felt frustrating and not welcoming. I only needed to ask about leaving my luggage. As constructive feedback, it would be very helpful to have clearer communication for guests staying in this beautiful, central apartment in Bergamo, it is a simple courtesy that makes a big difference. While I had to completely change my plans, I arrived (again) at the property later than 20:00, it was easy to enter the building but it was not easy to find the apartment and the main reason for that is that they do not have clear signs only really small indications and only on the main door of the apartment.

Excellent price-quality ratio in the center of Bergamo. The room had spectacular old high ceilings and it was very clean, warm and nice. There are lots of restaurants and supermarkets on the same street. Our child appreciated the new smart TV. Thank you to the hosts for very clear communication about the check in. Everything went very well and we will chose this acomodation again as the price-quality is excellent compared with other accomodations in Bergamo we payed almost double for the same level of comfort and location

There is nothing to dislike at this price!

For the price, the apartment had everything we asked for. Enough to spend one night in the city, you have a cosy bed and your own bathroom, but I would not choose this if we were to stay for a few days (unless there is a budget issue involved)

The bathroom: i would remove the bath mat in the shower. I am not saying it was not clean, I just think it would give a more clean impression (but this is just me, maybe some people would like to have it to avoid slipping in the shower)
