Beautiful Spanish villa on a large fenced plot with private pool in Dénia, on the Costa Blanca.
On the ground floor there is a well equipped kitchen, followed by a dining room, a spacious living room with fireplace and access to the covered outdoor terrace, two double bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin), a bathroom, a guest toilet and a storage and a storage room , From the living room, a marble staircase leads to the upper floor where there is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and a terrace in a fantastic view is to the sea. Lovely spacious villa with large grounds in a quiet, peaceful location in Beniarbeig. Well equipped and clean. Helpful check in and check out process with no problems. As described in the listing.Easy access to the beaches of Denia and Javea, and inland to the Orba Valley with lots of options for walking. Mountain of Serra Segaria just behind the property.Thank you for a most enjoyable stay. We would book this villa again and would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

Tout fût vraiment parait,
Dès notre arrivée nous avons tout de suite compris que nous passerons de bonne vacances. Parfaite villa vraiment très propre et extrêmement bien équipé.
La villa est vraiment idéalement placée.
A peine 10 minutes de dénia et de sa magnifique marina.
Une grande zone commercial (Ondara) est à 5 minutes.
