Location Description
The apartment is very quiet on the edge of the forest, 50 m from the hiking trails and 1 km to the ski slope with drag lift (witch ride). The town center with shops, restaurants, spa gardens, ice rink and the Wurmberg cable car can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes.

The non-smoking apartment Bergsuite No. 27 has 2 separate rooms.
The first room has a spacious living and dining area. Here is a cozy corner multifunctional sofa, coffee table, wall unit with a Bluetooth radio, cable TV and WiFi. In the dining area you will find a corner set and 2 chairs, a new kitchenette with oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee machine and kettle.
The second room is furnished with a double bed and a sofa bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a flat screen TV.
The bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
outdoors
Toboggan sleds and skis / snowboards can be parked in the ski cellar. Parking spaces are available free of charge in front of the house.

Bed linen and towels are available on request for € 15 per person per week. Children's travel cot, high chair and toboggan are available free of charge.

Es war alles da, was benötigt wird.
Die Wohnung ist funktionell eingerichtet und es hat an nichts gefehlt.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Parkplatzsituation war etwas schwierig.

Der äußere Eindruck war nicht so einladend,
die Wohnung selber war sehr schön und vollkommen in Ordnung... Für unsere Belange absolut okay!

Wir wollten ursprünglich mit 6 Personen, also 3 Paaren, anreisen, waren aber nur vier Personen. Die Wohnung wird mit zwei Schlafzimmern beworben. Ist nicht ganz korrekt, sie hat nur ein Schlafzimmer sowie ein Schlafsofa im Wohn-, Essraum mit Küchenzeile.
Nachteilig auch, dass der Zugang zum Bad nur durch das Schlafzimmer möglich ist.
