Nisaki Villa

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Nisaki. The villa was very clean, spacious, and well equipped with everything we needed. We especially loved the beautiful terrace area and the fantastic sea view. The pool was a good size, very clean, and perfect for relaxing. Tania, the owner, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She took excellent care of us throughout our stay and even surprised us with delicious Greek specialties, which we really appreciated. The location was also ideal for exploring Zakynthos by car, as it was easy to reach different parts of the island. There were supermarkets and some excellent restaurants nearby as well. The road next to the villa did not bother us at all. We can absolutely recommend Villa Nisaki and would be very happy to stay there again!

The greeting was excellent (including the delicious cake), the property was beautiful with stunning views and great facilities and the location is perfect for restaurants and an easy walk down to the nearest shops etc (Agios Nicholas).

Nothing. The only slight issue is the bedrooms are warm. There are fans but it does stay hot. I do understand it is hot and that’s why we like to go there. AC in the bedrooms and this place would be a 10.

The Villa has an incredible view and patio area. The facilities and equipment are very good quality. Tanya, our host, was very friendly and made us a fantastic breakfast one morning which was very thoughtful.

Air conditioning was only in the lounge and the hall. The bedrooms would benefit from their own air conditioning as the twin bedroom particularly got very warm. The parking arrangement was a bit tricky as it was difficult to turn around. The kitchen appliances were great but the utensils, pans, knives etc could do with a bit more thought. Wi-fi was slow. Quite expensive for two bedrooms.

Fantastic location with incredible views. Accommodation clean, spacious and with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Our host was very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. An excellent cook who provided us with freshly made donuts, fruits from the garden and a very tasty Greek fruit tart. We definitely would stay here again.

Very hard to think of something to put here: the internet speed is slow by European standards, but what can you expect, you’re on a Greek Island miles from anywhere.
