About this house rental

Our holiday home (for up to 4 people) is located in a quiet outskirts and is the perfect starting point for beautiful hikes and bike tours. The town center is only a 5-minute walk away, there is a bakery, butcher, hairdresser, pharmacy, doctor, 2 restaurants and a cozy café.

Our barrier-free holiday home was built in 2014 and has a living space of 55 m². The ecological wooden construction makes it particularly suitable for allergy sufferers.
There is underfloor heating in the entire living area, an additional wood stove in the living / dining area (firewood is provided) provides the special flair.

This place is in a great spot, nice neighborhood and convenient for access to ski mountains. The house itself has a lot of potential, but falls short in a couple areas. The front door doesn’t close very well, interior doors are all out of wack, and don’t properly close. No smoke detectors or GFI outlets. A little bit of TLC and some safety upgrades would make a big difference. Otherwise, great place to stay for a big group.

Great place to stay for a while. We were there for a long weekend of cycling and relaxation with just the two of us, but it is also very well equipped for a small family. The house is very comfortable, clean and very well equipped. Despite the fact that it is located in town, it is quiet and peaceful and a guarantee for a time away from the daily rush. The family Göser is very friendly, flexible and helpful. We had a wonderful time there!

As a family we stayed here for four 5 days. We can really recommend this accomodation. The house is well build and has a tastefull interior and exterior. It's complete in many ways. The owners are very hospitable. Dahlem itself is not very special but centraly located; a good startingpoint for trips in the Eifel.

Ein echtes Zuhause

Wir hatten selten ein so behagliches Ferienhaus, wo wir uns sofort und rundum wohl gefühlt haben. Der durchdachte Grundriss, sehr gute Betten und ausreichend Schränke, die gut ausgestattete Küche, ein bequemes Sofa und das Duschbad mit genügend Abstellfläche machen das Haus zu einem echten Zuhause. Die Vermieter wohnen praktischerweise gegenüber, man hat trotzdem absolute Privatsphäre. Wir hatten zudem Glück mit dem Wetter und haben den ruhigen, sichtgeschützten Garten reichlich genutzt. Wir hatten ein bisschen Sorge, dass es in dem Holzhaus mit den großen Fenstern sehr heiß würde, aber trotz der hohen Temperaturen blieb das Haus überraschend kühl. Die Lage in Dahlem erschien uns zunächst etwas abgelegen, vereint aber ziemlich gut Ruhe, schöne Natur und trotzdem ganz gute Infrastruktur und Verkehrsanbindung. Im Ort gibt es ein Café, Bäcker, Apotheke, ein Restaurant und einen Supermarkt (am Ortsrand) und sogar einen Bahnhof für Ausflüge. Man kann aber auch ab Ferienhaus sehr schöne Wanderungen, Radtouren und Spaziergänge machen. Besonders das Moor und seine typische Flora hat's uns angetan. Fünf Tage waren definitiv zu kurz, wir planen im Geiste schon den nächsten Urlaub hier!

Die Ferienwohnung ist ruhig gelegen mit einem eigenen Garten. In Dahlem kann man sehr schöne Wanderungen machen und Fahrrad fahren. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, auch Kräuter und so gar ein Rührgerät. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder hierher kommen!

Tolles sauberes Ferienhaus mit vielen Details eingerichtet, alles da, was man benötigt. Von Büchern, Spielesammlung über eine wirklich super Küchenausstattung,die ich so selten hatte. Sogar an Sachen wir eine Küchenwaage wurde gedacht, Ersatzglühbirnen vorhanden, Gewürze und selbst in der Senseo das Wasser aufgefüllt. Seh genaue Beschreibung aller vorhandenen Sachen hier, auch das ist selten, Eine Begrüssungsmarmelade und Betthupferl haben auch nicht gefehlt. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt in einer schönen Unterkunft. komme gerne wieder.

Es ist alles sehr sauber und alles ist vorhanden, um eine schöne Zeit hier zu verbringen.Es gibt viele liebevolle Details und wir wurden mit Obst und Blumen willkommen geheißen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war problemlos . Dahlem ist Ausgangspunkt für viele Wanderungen. Bäckerei, Metzgerei und Cafe sind fußläufi gut zu erreichen.

Dieses Objekt war sehr sauber und verfügte über eine hervorragende Ausstattung für einen entspannten Urlaub! In der Küche waren sogar die Gebrauchsgegenstände zur Verfügung gestellt, es gab mehr als ausreichende Anzahl an zur Verfügung gestellten Handtücher und tolle Kostproben regionaler Gewürze und sogar selbstgemachte Marmelade. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter-gerne wieder!

Das WoodHome ist sehr sauber, modern und gemütlich. Es ist hervorragend ausgestattet und alles sehr ordentlich. Bei schönem Wetter kann man auf der Terrasse sitzen oder in der ländlichen Gegend spazieren gehen. Bei Regen macht man es sich drinnen gemütlich und macht den Kaminofen an. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Das Haus ist sehr gut und geschmackvoll ausgestattet bis hin zum Feuerholz und Grill mit Holzkohle. Die bezogenen Betten und vorhandene Handtücher waren sehr angenehm, die Vermieter immer ansprechbar bei Wünschen oder Fragen. Wir empfehlen das Woodhome gerne weiter!

Wir haben unsere Flitterwochen mit unseren beiden Söhnen (2 und 3J.) in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Frau Göser hatte sogar einen Kuchen für uns gebacken und ein toller Blumenstrauß stand auf dem Tisch. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und es ist einfach alles da!(Das hatten wir noch keiner Ferienwohnung/haus). Dazu ist es sehr gemütlich! Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen sicher wieder! Fussläufig befindet sich ein Bäcker, Metzger, Apotheke und Supermarkt.

The house is perfect for a weekend getaway. It has everything you need. It is central in Eifel for touring arround and Dahlem is a easygoing and beautifull village. With a nice bakery and butcher in just a 5 min walk. Plus the fam Goser is very friendly. They lit the fire for us on arrival and when we stayed their it snowed a lot but when we came back from ouw day in the Eifel they already made the street en parking snow free. We will def. come back!

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die Vermieter sind äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Als wir eine Reifenpanne am Fahrrad hatten, hat der Vermieter noch am späten Abend mit einem Ersatzschlauch und Montagehilfe ausgeholfen. In der Umgebung kann man sehr viel unternehmen, Radfahrer und Wanderer kommen hier voll und ganz auf ihre Kosten. Wir waren sicher nicht das letzte mal hier.

Wij wilden minder geld kwijt zijn en minder dicht op elkaar dan een stacaravan vakantie in Frankrijk. Perfect gelukt!! Het huis is nieuw en in de inboedel mist werkelijk niets, elke grote stad is een uur rijden: Bonn, Trier,Keulen noem maar op, het huisje ligt in een dorpje met een bakkerij, en de prijs valt ontzettend mee!
