About this villa rental
This fabulous, typical Majorcan cottage with private pool is near Inca, in the centre of Mallorca and welcomes 5 guests.
A verdant garden is a heavenly place to relax, sunbathe on one of six sun loungers or take a refreshing exterior shower. In the midst of the garden stands out the big, 10.5m x 5.2m chlorine pool with a depth between 1.1m and 2.2m. Two natural fish ponds are the home of colourful fishes and water plants. The kids enjoy playing on the playground or the in the garden. A furnished porch with pool billiard is perfect for long family-evenings or having a tasty barbecue. On the upper floor, a terrace has wonderful views overlooking the countryside and green woods. This enchanting house is fenced and there are no direct neighbours.
The house offers accommodation on one floor and 250m2. At the entrance, a hall gives access to a cosy sitting room, where to watch a film on the satellite-TV. In the dining room you can share laughs and talks with your loved ones. The kitchen with A/C, vitro hob and TV (no satellite, only local channels) is well-equipped, providing all amenities needed for cooking. There are three bedrooms, two with a double bed (one with air conditioning) that have an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a third with a single bed. The last two bedrooms also have shared air conditioning. Two more bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, complete the floor. You'll find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board in one of the bathrooms. There's one cot and one high chair and we can supply another on request.
This distinctive house is just 1km from Inca, where you'll find everything you may need during your holidays, including good restaurants and supermarkets. Thursday takes place the traditional market, where to buy fresh fruits, vegetables and knick-knacks. If you like to be in nature, you can make a trip to the chapel of Santa Magdalena or the Monastery of Lluc. The north coast, especially Puerto de Alcúdia, is wonderful for a beach-day and it is about 25 km away. Furthermore, the coast is nice for cycling routes, spending a day in the water park of Alcúdia or just enjoy the fine grained sand beach. The north of Alcúdia surprises with small beaches like La Victoria and Playa de Sant Joan. If you're into golf, you can practise the perfect tee-off in Alcanada.
The fireplace can not be used.

Quiet, secluded, rural setting 25 minutes from Palma airport 5 mins from Inca. If you want undisturbed peace and quiet this is the place. Traditional and functional, comfortable and relaxing, just the sound of 'farm' animals in the evening. Great roof terrace, nice pool and lovely environment. Friendly and approachable hosts ready with aubergines and tomatoes.

We arrived just after check in time, with immediate access to the property, it was a beautiful villa, 3 spacious bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, plenty of space for dining, the outside area was amazing, the pool was big and clean, enough sunbeds for a family of 5, with extra on the terrace, we were visiting Inca for a family wedding and we loved every minute, the area is beautiful and was heavenly going back to Ca sa Nina everyday, the owners came and cleaned a couple of times during our 7 day stay who were very nice and left is a bottle of wine on arrival, I can't rate this place enough, it was Wonderful!

The outside area is truly exceptional. It has been beautifully arranged to think of absolutely everything. From the large pool to the pool table it has something for everyone. It embraces the natural world beautifully and the sounds of nature permeate throughout the day and night. Watching the night sky from the roof terrace and listening to the cicadas in the trees is a true assault on the senses. Design and nature have truly come together to create perfection.
Having air conditioning in the third bedroom would be a big bonus, as we were there during a particularly hot spell, but this would not put us off.
