Das ganze Ambiente und die Einrichtung waren sehr schön. Es stand alles was man im Alltag braucht zur Verfügung (Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Frischhaltedosen, etc.)

Der Pool ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, ist aber sehr sauber und die Wasserqualität passt. Ein mobiler Sonnenschirmständer wäre vorteilhaft. Schön wäre auch wenn man Fahrräder in der Unterkunft zur Verfügung hätte. Einige Duschwände haben gefehlt und andere sind undicht. Das Schild am Eingang mit dem Namen der Villa ist durch die Bepflanzung sehr schlecht lesbar.

Villa is amazing! Very spacious and nicely decorated. All the rooms were comfortable. The pool is amazing and the location was perfect as it is central in the island and has a supermarket 3 minutes up the road. We had a really nice stay. There were extra beach towels too which was a really nice touch and plenty of toilet roll.

Had a nightmare pre-arrival as they were asking for our “passenger information” which we didn’t have as we were already on the island. After weeks of frustration it turned out it is a legal guest registration. We sent the necessary information and were then sent a HTML to sign! There is no way to sign a HTML, I told them we had no way to sign this as we had no printer/scanner so we needed it sent in a signable form and gave several example. They completely ignored me and continued to insist that we sign the HTML which was impossible. In the end I had to get a techie friend to try to convert the HTML into something signable. I can not describe how stressful this was!! I was really ready for a holiday. We got there to find that bin removal is not included in the booking fee or in the very expensive cleaning fee. We had very ambiguous instructions about what to do with the bins. Several emails later and 3 trips loading the bins into the car and driving around trying to find the “public container” we finally gave up and insisted that they must remove the bins. It dominated out holiday and this was such a shame and completely unnecessary.
