About this apartment rental
Ideally located near the corner of Campbell and River - close to excellent shopping and some of Tucson's best restaurants. Provides easy access to many of Tucson's attractions such as the University of Arizona, hiking in the Catalina mountains and the Sabino Canyon. Complex located on the Rillito River - it's extensive pathway system is ideal of walking, jogging or biking - and is within a short walk to Starbuck's (15 min), Trader Joe's grocery store (5 min) and the Tucson Mall (25 min).
The condo is brand new, very spacious with 10 foot ceilings and is tastefully furnished throughout. It has two balconies - one east facing balcony that is perfect for your morning coffee - and the other is south facing off of the master bedroom.
The secure pool area has stunning mountain views to the west and includes a beautiful pool, large hot tub, washrooms and shower area.

Well appointed condo with two nice balconies and a garage for our bikes. East access to the bike path, St Philips Plaza, and farmers market. The beds were super comfy. There were lots of towels, linens and beach towels. The appliances are old, but manageable. Our host was very responsive to our requests, but the HOA was not.

the apartment has a great location along the rillito river banks and nearby shopping as well. we liked the apartment very much, with the two bathrooms and bedrooms and balconies. the location on the second floor is also nice because it makes the apartment very bright and airy! it was well equipped and clean as well. our only complaint is that the dining table is too big, it uses half of the living room and is not very usable because of the size and location. a smaller table with four chairs will improve the apartment tremendously! the apartment also has access to the facility pool with deck chairs that are uncomfortable and in bad condition, but this is certainly not the apartment owner’s fault because the pool is run by the facility management.
Overall, we loved our stay there and if we visitTucson again, we will definitely try to get this apartment again!
