Fantastic east side location! If you love Asbury Park, then you'll love spending summers at The Sea Breeze Cottage. PARK YOUR CAR AND WALK TO EVERYTHING! It is perfectly located between beach, boardwalk and the happening downtown.
Downstairs is an open floor plan with newer appliances and comfortable, beachy furnishings.
Outside the front door is a wrap around porch that always seems to have a sea breeze no matter how warm it is. It's perfect for having an evening cocktail with friends and people watching as folks stroll to and from the boardwalk and Cookman Avenue. The backyard has a deck with a table, chairs, umbrella, gas grill for bar-b-ques and even a peek-a-boo view of the ocean. Walk over to the iconic Stone Pony and see a show or just relax in your private back yard and hear the music in the distance. You are just steps from downtown Cookman Avenue, art galleries, music venues, bars and amazing restaurants. Straight out the front door and over the fields is Wesley Lake and the legendary Swan Boats. Just over the footbridge is historic Ocean Grove, The Great Auditorium and wonderful shops.

Awesome location! We walked to everything. Be mindful of parking rules if you have more than one car. Place is very clean, not cluttered and charming.

Wonderful, clean house located by all the fun in Asbury. It’s very close to Cookman and a 5 minute walk to the boardwalk. Judi is a wonderful host and we really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed the cottage. The location was perfect as it was within walking distance of the beach and downtown. The property was as advertised. We would definitely stay there again!

We loved our stay at Judi’s immaculate home. It’s minutes to the beach and minutes to the main drag, Cookman Ave. We barely minded the foul weather our first day because the house is so lovely. Judi is very nice and extremely receptive. Our doggies also had a great time.
