location was excellent! on a beach block and so close to all the restaurants in Asbury. we have been coming to OG for 10 years and this is our new favorite place to stay. It was so clean, recently renovated and beautifully decorated.

Cons:Would've given it 5 stars but you can hear the people walking back and forth upstairs sounding like elephants, at night when going to bed at 11pm and at 730am when you're trying to sleep in at least till 9am. I had to deal with this for 5 days. I made this known to the property manager a couple of days in a row but it didn't change anything, eventually I just stopped texting. Upon arrival the bathroom had a ghost smell of pee that remained even after spraying Lysol.My guest even pointed it out.
Pros: Beach was less than a 3 minute walk, beach tags were provided, and porch had a nice set up.where you can sit outside and enjoy the breeze. parking wasn't too bad, but couldn't leave and return as easily to find parking.
